I just want to throw it out there how amazing Melissa is ! Shes such a great teacher ! She is very patient and if youre falling behind , she will touch back with you at anytime! Sometimes she gets busy and everybody needs to understand that..life in general can be hard!! But If she even sees you struggling , she will pull you to the side and talk to you and calm you down.. She is constantly reminding everyone on how great they are and how much greater theyre about to become! It is tough to be independent , marketing yourself and working, even being a mother and so forth, doing all of that and living your own personal life.. But she manages it well and always get the job done! I am so thankful to have met her and learn from her... She has taught me a lot and has taught me every bit of the way.. At the moment that I was going to take the classes I had every sign possible to make me want to just stop what Im doing before I started and just turn around.. But she helped calm me down and made sure to remind that those werent signs not to do it but that great things were about to happen and I needed to show every negative sign how the real boss babe was and that was me! I took the classes and have been becoming more and more successful every step of the way. She provides you with the much information about hair strokes, color theory , business , marketing and all of the above.. Not only that she has times on her schedule for the classes but each day of the classes she worked passed that time to make sure that everyone understood what was going on and helped everyone one by one even if it was more than 4 students in one class. She made it seem like private learning.. She is amazing! She is a sweet heart.. She is GOLD!!! I would be shocked to even hear of some of these lies down below.. Because Melissa always makes sure to communicate with people with whats going on and never dodges anyone.. Because she doesnt see people as her income.. But shows people that its a start up as a family with her.. She always made sure to let everyone to know Once youre done with the class and you do not get it , youre MORE than welcome to come sit in my next class She taught me well... and sat next to me the whole time and made sure to go around to everyone personally making sure everyone was always okay! Ive been getting my hair cut by Nun for many years now and she is amazing. She listens to what style youre going for and does exactly what you asked. The price is reasonable for what youre getting and I always walk out of the salon feeling happy with the results. I constantly get asked where I get my hair done and I always recommend Yuan.

I’ve taken a few Microblading courses, and Worth It Salon is by FAR the best class I’ve taken. Melissa is truly passionate about what she does every day. I have an extensive schedule during the day and Melissa was able to accommodate with the night class. The amount of theory you receive in the class itself makes it worth it; by the time you’re done with the course you won’t have any questions about anything and if you do you have a great textbook to refer back to. Another thing about classes that are this long is by day two you’re usually not as engaged, and I hate to say it but bored, but not with this class; Melissa is a great teacher she’s funny and very engaging. I was laughing the whole class and really just interested in what I was learning. If you’re debating between any schools do yourself a favor and chose Worth It, it really is worth it.

Melissa Arnold the owner of Worth it Salon is a scam artist !! I paid her $2500 upfront for Private Microblading Training with certification and one life model procedure. My training was a NIGHTMARE !! Instead of the Private room located on 6370 W Sunset Boulevard she took me to a local hotel bar inside Andaz located at 8401 Sunset Boulevard for training which is not only distraction but not a location to hold a professional training . I paid her for 5 days training Monday through Friday 5 hour a day start at 12 PM till 5 PM . On Monday she changed not only location but hours too she said we need to start at 3:30 PM and on Tuesday we going to be back in a private room and we will start at 12 . Next day she texted me that it’s going to be the same bar location and the training going to start at 5:30 PM I am 50 years old I paid for private training and the hours very important to me I don’t want to sit in the bar try to learn Micro Blading until 11 PM at night it’s very loud and distracting that’s not a place for professional training ! So when she showed up finally at 6 PM I told her that. She wasn’t willing to correct the issue or grant a refund she become very angry and left.So I had to get myself an attorney . My attorney mentioned that Melissa Arnold and her business do not hold an active license that was a shock to me !! He wrote her a letter demanding to pay my money back she called him back and said she will but she never did it. That’s why I am taking her to court. I just want to warn other people do your research ! Worth it Salon was definitely not worth it !!!!!

Just want to say that I had the pleasure of Meeting Melissa at my school and from there we hit it off. Not only did I find out how talented she is at Micro-blading, but I had the pleasure of her assisting with an old friend doing my eyebrows for the first time! They came out so beautiful and you will be elated if you get your eyebrows done by her!!!

I just graduated Worth It’s Mogul class and I would like to say, Melissa is hands down an amazing teacher!! I’ve always wanted to learn how to microblade and so I looked up all the possible microblading classes on google. When Worth It popped up I roamed through the website and found it very reasonably priced. I was interested in taking the Boss class and I had a few questions so I called the 323-WORTH-IT number and Melissa picked up. She explained to me what the differences between classes she is offering and was very informative. As she was talking to me I could tell that she knows her stuff! She summarized everything she will be teaching in the Mogul class and I could tell by the tone in her voice that she loves what she does.That was what I was looking for in a teacher! She convinced me to take the Mogul class and I’m sure glad I applied for that class. At school,Melissa put together a binder for us and I love how organized it was. Everything she taught was easy to understand and I love how patient she is. She will not hesitate to answer any questions that you have. She gives every student the attention that they need and I don’t know if anyone notices this but she pours out her gut and soul into her job! The afternoon class ends at 4 pm and I believe her night class is at 6 pm? Correct me if I’m wrong. And she usually gets off in the a.m. What?!! She has kids so this is all so mind blowing to me. Take the class!! You will not regret it!! It was definitely worth my time, money, and drive!!

Cannot recommend this place enough! I got my eyebrows done in June and havent even gone in for my touch up yet because they turned out so amazing. Finally scheduling my touch up now just because I know they will be even better, although its hard to imagine. Melissa was so comforting and chill. She let me freak out. She said I reminded her of herself during labor. Yes I was that bad! More fear than anything. Once the numbing kicked it I couldnt feel anything but Im a big baby so I was still super wiggly. What can I say. At the end of the day it was soooo worth it. I feel so much prettier without makeup. With blonde hair, most of my eyebrows faded into oblivion.
