I just got a reminder that I have been training with Mestre Amen and Brasil Brasil Cultural Center for a year now. I am in Washington state were the closest Capoeira program is two hours away minimum. So I trained remotely even before the pandemic. Mestre Amen and everyone in the program have been incredibly accommodating and amazing. I cant recommend enough taking classes here.

This studio is holding in person classes without masks during the height of the coronavirus pandemic. Shameful and dangerous behavior.

This is a great place for kids to learn Parkour! My son loves his teacher, Lorenzo Wright. He is amazing! Super positive, great energy. Love him!

Brasil Brasil Cultural Center is my go-to spot for all things Brazilian. From samba classes and Portuguese lessons, to capoeira and drumming instructions, the cultural center provides a welcoming community for Brazilians and non-Brazilians alike. Most of the instructors are Brazilian and are talented and very knowledge about Brazilian culture.

I’ve been training here for years and can honestly say it’s a big loving community. I met my wife here and married her because of BBCC! Thanks Mestre Amen, Nayla, all the Contra Mestre’s, Profs, Instr, and the rest of the family! Brasil Brasil Cultural Center is a Culver City hotspot!

The energy and potency of culture is incredible. A true bridge to Afro-Brazilian culture from right here in LA.
