Coach is really patient with me although Im not a quick learner I dont feel rushed and pressured. Love the energy and positive reassurance that I can do it.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to, EVER. Had me drop 2 sizes while gaining muscle on my body. Best shape I’ve ever been in my whole life. The owner (Lisa) is very involved with my progress. She taught me how to eat better, have better form, she strengthened up my core , my cellulite is almost completely gone (how is that even possible???) . It just overall changed my lifestyle and I couldn’t be happier. A+++++

I checked this place out recently on a business trip to L.A. and I have to say I was pretty impressed, I popped in for a free mens class and was surprised how much I got out of it, this was my 1st time going to a mma fitness gym, if you go to a tradiontal gym then you have to give this place a try, its a different kind of workout!! theres nothing like getting a great workout in after a long days work! great atmosphere and good vibes. I definitely recommend.

Kids bjj and kickboxing fitness classes are good!
