My kids have been seeing Shawn and his team for the past several months. We have seen so much improvement (in all aspects of their lives), and the kids have so much fun. The instructors are awesome. Definitely recommend!

This is not some B-rate martial arts studio, this is premier level instruction and I have such respect for Panther and all of their awesome staff. It’s not easy to teach discipline to kids 10 years and younger but the patience and professionalism the staff has is outstanding. If you are looking to sign your child up for their first Martial Arts lesson you should absolutely consider giving this place a call.

Our six-year-old daughter loves Panther Martial Arts! Every class we’ve been to has both male and female instructors. We like that young black belts are there helping train the kids in class as well. It’s a very warm welcoming environment.

I recently participated in a community event that was hosted at Panther Martial Arts Family Fitness Center. The event was well attended by a diverse cross-section of community members. I witnessed hundreds of people enjoying themselves inside their well-kept facility. Master Instructor Shawn Stallworth and a host of other lead instructors hosted the event and served as event staff. I was very impressed by their demonstration of the utmost professionalism and spirit of service excellence throughout the entire event. As a newer member of the community, I am now interested in learning more about the martial arts training and fitness programs they offer. Based upon my first impression alone, I recommend Panther Martial Arts Family Fitness Center to anyone who is looking for a great environment to train in.

Martial Arts is a curveball for most bullies. Because it gives a person confidence that they can take care of themselves and they refuse to be pushed around. bullies encounters by making your child BULLIE PROOF.

We love this place, the teachers are very kind with the kids, they encourage them to do their best, they explain and show them how to do each movement with patience and kindness.Master Shawn is an amazing kind leader, he really cares about the kids, it’s very important for him that everyone gets the same opportunity to train, get better and advance to a higher belt level.He also cares about the family, because he knows how important it is for every member of the family to be happy and enjoy the class. They count with a full gym for the parents, so while my kid is at class I’m also working out and enjoying being healthy.I get to watch my kid while exercising! 😊💪🏼👏🏻

Master Shawn and the Panther program has been a great experience! We started our 7-year-old and 11-year-old in private classes to see how they liked it, and here we are two months later, enrolling them in the 3x/week group classes. Were here for good! They just tested for their yellow belts yesterday, and they were so excited. They practiced their forms, kicks, punches and their breathing until they nailed it.I was looking for a few things in a martial arts program: I want them to understand respect for one another and their teachers, discipline, conditioning, goal setting, the importance of effort, and taking care of their bodies. I also want both of them to be able to defend themselves if needed. I truly believe all of this comes with the program at Panther.Keep in mind that the program is an investment, both money and time, but I believe its an investment thatll form character and last a lifetime.

We took our 4 year old daughter to Panther Martial Arts and we Love this place. Its been almost 2 years that we are here. Now my daughter is 6. We are planning to continue until she gets the Black Belt. Master Shawn and all instructors are always helpful. Definitely will recommend!!!Its crucial to know how to protect yourself! Panther Martial Arts via online classes are just as great as one-on-one classes. Master Shawn Stallworth as well as the other instructors push you to the next level and take you out of your comfort zone. The adult online classes for cardio boxing/martial arts are not only amazing workouts, but the classes also great lessons in self-defense. Classes are 3 times a week for 40-mins each, but I love every minute of it as Master Shawn Stallworth truly has found a way to make staying at home fun with his online boxing/martial arts classes! Thank you, Master Shawn! Truly love you and the other teachers.

Master Shawn Stallworths PANTHER Martial Arts/Cardio Boxing Online classes have been a truly great and helpful way to get through lockdown amid the coronavirus. Hopefully they will continue since its truly great for people from all over the country to be able to join in and learn from so many great teachers!

Master Shawn Stallworth reached out to me a few years ago and told me about his Martial Arts studio back when I was flying to L.A. alot. He said I was invited to check it out whenever I was in town. Recently, during the global lock down and quarantine due to the pandemic caused by Covid-19, Master Shawn said he was arranging Tae Kwon Do/cardio boxing classes online via zoom and invited me to join. I was a bit hesitant at first, but he really encouraged me and said he thought it would be a great workout in addition to learning self-defense. I am so happy I joined! It has been a great learning experience and I am thoroughly enjoying it! The classes meet 3x a week, which is a reasonable commitment. The only thing is, I wish the classes were an hour instead of 40 minutes, but I know that probably has to do with the zoom time limit. Overall, I would recommend joining and or taking classes because its definitely worth it!

I started training here eight years ago with Master Shawn. Now my entire family takes classes, both private and group. All the teachers are phenomenally talented, professional, encouraging and kind. This is a special place to train in martial arts and self defense.

For those who said about the autistic guy or whatever; I go to that gym I was there that day and I went that day because I just graduated and we were celebrating.Those guys were going around with a huge camera filming inside every store they could go into. That was very rude you dont go into a martial arts gym and start filming randomly and get mad when they say you cant. Martial Arts isnt a game its discipline. That guy wasnt autistic and I would like to see the video where all of this happened Im pretty sure Ill be able to recognize my self in my uniform.

Master Shawn is awesome and I been here for a while I come here to focus with my energy and my strength, I love this class I love enjoying every moment of it, everyone here is kind and focused. The instructors are fantastic, they train and help me focus and not get distracted, this class motivates me to get better and stronger each time I come in and train.

My entire clan goes here and each individual loves this place for different reasons. My son has significant social anxiety due to his Asperger’s syndrome and he has blossomed since attending classes here. Master Shawn immediately knew that he was not disconnected (like a lot of people think of spectrum behaviors) but actually recognized that my son is in fact hyper-sensitive and feels things to the point of paralyzing shyness. Master Shawn and the team at Panther have created a space where my son and all three of my daughters feel safe, supported, protected and empowered. The classes are high learning and fast paced, still personal and connected to individual needs. The comradery and peer support is noteworthy too, a reflection of the principles encouraged by the classes. I have been dying to take one on one training with master Shawn myself as I know individuals who do and they get a crazy good workout!Could not recommend this please with more enthusiasm for kids and adults alike.

On 11/20/17 happened something weird at Panther Marthial Art studio.I took my kids to taekwondo practice and was waiting for them to finish when strange people came in with a camera on their hand. They were filming kids, parents, and working stuff without any permission. What is going on? Why people act like that and scare parents and kids with real reckless actions. So if you see any bad comments just know that it is the same people who where behind that awful action on that training day. Master Shawn is very professional, flexible and nice person. I have never had any problem with him. It is all lie when some people say that he doesn’t let to take a video during practice I always do that and share it with Master Shawn, he likes it and keeps them. I strongly recommend this place.

I am a kid at Panther and I LOVE IT here. Master Shawn and the other instructors are so patient and kind with my awkwardness and I have grown so much since attending classes over last year.Also, I was sitting outside when the alleged individual mentioned in several (clearly fake) reviews below showed up with his camera and friend. They even asked me some questions which I felt very uncomfortable about as I do not like being camera. They did not ask permission or ask to speak to my mum. I was so relieved when Cindy and Mastre Shawn came and asked them to leave me alone. My mom is really upset. I come to Panther because I have some social skill issues and social anxiety, this is one of my safe places. I learn so much here and yesterday I learnt a new thing... people can be super mean for no reason, it makes me sad.All my sisters go to Panther and my cousin and two more of my cousins really want to go here. Master Shawn makes me think I can do things that other people think I can’t.THANK YOU MASTER SHAWN AND PANTHER FITNESS POEPLE. ❤️💪🏿👏🏾

As a perent who take her two sons to training at Panther Martial Art, I only can recommend this place and teachers. Also I want to mantion that Master Shawn takes care of kids safety and discipline. If there is some people who doesn’t respect trainings and parents and interrupting class in the middle of traning by filming kids without asking a permission from parents, thats only because of their rudeness and disrespectfulness. So if you see some stupid comments about this place just know this was a review from that rude and stupid people who doesn’t have respect for anyone.

The instructor here, Shawn Stallworth, prioritizes his celebrity customers over regular people who participate in group lessons. I would not recommend training here unless you are a celebrity or willing to pay extra.
