The owner replaced a destroyed part and gave me fresh batteries free of charge, no fuss. Love the old school good service, I recommend the Star Warrior to all my security buddies that need something to intimidate dangerous types. Once a perp sees the arcs rolling down the baton, they always think twice. It gives me really valuable time to check my positioning and get a grip on the situation.
