Cannot say how lucky I am to have found Made. Seriously changed my life and cannot thank everyone involved in it enough. Glad to call this place my home. Excellent facility with some of the best instruction around for bjj and strength and conditioning.

Was working hard getting into my first class there and never made it in when I tried again 2 more times they lost their patience as I quoteYou have not shown up once,we are no longer interested,your messages will be forwarded to spam.......True unprofessionals at their best.I can only imagine what happens when they dont get their way with something else.I did notice some good trainers I hold highly with respect there but not so much the owner or whose in charge on the Facebook page.

I started with the Box N Burn class which is fun and a great work out, perfect for letting off steam.The Jiu Jitsu class is a lot of fun as you get in the best shape while meeting cool people.If you struggle with anxiety issues you will be surprised that after a session your mind is clear.
