Very disappointing. Unprofessional. Decent care but dealing with their billing department has been and absolute nightmare of an experience. First of all they do not let you pay at your childs care site. You have to either mail in your payment at least 2 weeks ahead of any scheduled care, or drop off a check in their billing department the week before receiving services from them. If you choose to drop a check in person you will not find any place to park that is convenient. When you have infants and other small children that you have to lug a block and a half to drop a check, then navigate the labarynth that is the interior of the building you will arrive frustrated and angry. Also there is not often a person there to take your money and give you a receipt. If you have any sort of back bill (like for an early release day that you might have forgotten to add in to your check for that week) you will get nasty email from them harassing you about your measly 3 day overdue $25 early release day. They are also huge fans of making new rules that make it impossible for you to to business with them. I have yet to encounter such ridiculous business practices. We and other parents have asked them several times to accept payment at our child care site but they wont siting too much risk. I do not recommend using their after school programming because of the difficulty we have had with the billing department.

My kids never want to leave, they have so many fun activities planned
