I went to Shawn years ago. Which was a pleasant experience. I have been to other eyelash places since that time and know what to expect.I dont remember the persons name that I saw last month, however, she was very nice. The office was clean. The 3 stars is about ambiance and application quality.Eyelashes extensions can be uncomfortable, timely and stressful. Other businesss soften that experience with warm interior colors and art as well as add essential oils infusing and soft calming sounds for background. I did not find that here.The esthetician used tape on the lower lid, which is standard, however, it was too close to my eyeball and ended up scratching my eyeball.Even if those things happened and nothing else, I would give a 4 star.But thats not all. The day I had the application done, I followed all instructions as I always do to make them last. I woke up in the morning and a lot of the lashes fell off. I emailed BLINK and let them know that happened. I did not hear back from them. I was disappointed. Ive always had a decent experience with them. Maybe it was an off day. I dont knowAnyway, I ended up having to use Filler lashes that I applied myself.

I normally dont write reviews, but my first ever experience with blink lash & beauty was so genuine and I wanted to share it with everyone who might be reading reviews to see if this place is worth it. I read a lot of reviews about Shawn being great at what she does - and I can also attest to that! I came in wanting to get a classic set of eyelash extensions done, but it was very apparent that Shawn cared more about the quality and look of my lashes than about the money. She took a look at my lashes and recommended that I come in another time because there was still some lashes that needed to grow out before I try to add on lashes (my lashes were permed awhile ago).While it was a bit disappointing that I couldnt get them done right away since Im going on a trip, she provided me with some lashes that I could wear temporarily for the time being, and they look great!Ill be sure to come back for my classic set once my lashes grow out. I have no doubt that the classic set would look just as good as the temporary ones that I have on. Shawn is very knowledgeable and brings great advice on the care and look of your lashes.

I came in on Friday, 4/30/2021 at 10:25 AM for a classic eyelash extension set with Roberta at 10:30 AM. I wasn’t seated in the procedure area until 10:50 AM. The first sign of trouble was when I found a lash extension attached to the left bottom lash. Then, when her next client arrived, she started to rush my right eye’s eyelash set. This made a noticeable difference in the thickness between the sets of lashes. Right before the procedure was ending, without warning, she had to pull out an eyelash from my right eye. So without warning, I was in a 7 out of 10 pain. I tipped her 15% because I enjoyed her personality. But her work and punctuality were both extremely unacceptable.Today, Saturday May 1st, I currently have slightly blurry vision and inflammation in my right eye. This is the same eye she rushed through and pulled an eyelash from. Thus, after spending $143 yesterday, today I am using steam and olive oil to remove these lashes. Maybe I should’ve waited and went to Shawn like the other reviewers did. But now I’m so traumatized that I will never get eyelash extensions again. I wasted my money, time and now I’m hoping my vision in my right eye returns to normal.

Awesome customer service and quality! I went in on Friday for my first ever lash lift with Erika. I later realized that one eye was not very curled, so I contacted them on Saturday to see if they could fix it. They got back to me quickly and set up an appointment for the next day because I was about to go on a vacation. I just expected her to do the one eye, but she did both sides! It was so relaxing I fell asleep like three times. Erika explained that my lashes were thick so she let them set for longer the second time. I wasn’t charged and got another reward point. I love how my lashes turned out and am very happy with how they took care of the issue. I definitely recommend going here! Thanks Erika!

Shawn is great. I think I found the perfect place to get my lashes done.They dont look fake or have a ton of glue on the lashes, like a lot of other places do. Shawn spent her time asking questions and finding out what I like. She knows exactly what I wanted and she did an awesome job on me. I will become a loyal customer from now on.

I had my first appointment at BLINK with Mala and she did an amazing job on my lashes. Mala was very sweet and knowledgeable. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. My lash extensions look beautiful and I love how light and soft they feel. I’m definitely going back and would recommend BLINK and Mala’s expertise to anyone and everyone.

Best place to get eyelash extensions, definitely high quality. Going to other places that dont provide licensed services is such a waste and will ruin your natural eyelashes. Cheap is not always better.

Spending a session with Shawn is a relaxing treat! Her work is excellent, Im often asked by fellow lashers where I get mine done. They are full and lush without looking too over the top. The salon is very clean and comfortable- the brand new massage chair lulls you to sleep. Shawn does everything to accomodate schedules and responds quickly- love the convenient online booking.

This place is amazing, but DO NOT go to Tiana. Not only did she not lift all of my lashes, she cancels all the time. I had an appointment today and she texted me, not called, texted me in an hour before my appointment and said she couldn’t make it because she has an emergency chiropractor appointment. The first time this happened she texted me again, and hour before and said she was sick. This same girl did this to my mom And said she couldn’t do her eyelashes because she had come down with the stomach flu. When my mom told the owner, she was very confused because she did not have the flu. Go to the owner if you want your eyelashes done. Tiana should no longer be employed her. She is bad at her work and is not reliable.
