The best decision was to start Urban Krav Maga!The instructor is very Knowledgeable in the moves, tactics and theories of Urban Krav Maga. He is very easy to work with and has what I believe to be the most reasonable rates in town.Michael has helped me with any questions I have had along the way and is passionate about making sure he is training in a safe secure manor.I recommend this for anyone at any stage of activity level whether your just getting started, or your getting back into it.Honestly just try it - you will not regret it!
