TLDR; absolutely worth checking out. You can lose nothing but a little time to see if you enjoy it.Longer explanation:Im not generally motivated to be physically active, but theres something about the class that is encouraging and motivating. I most appreciate the friendly, open, and insightful nature of SiFu Walls. To take a guess at whats uniquely motivating about this class; I find myself most excited when I realize a dual purpose for a motion or form (or even a statement). I can talk myself into practicing something thats got an obvious use, but am innately excited and encouraged when realizing those less obvious aspects across what Ive learned here. I think its reasonable to expect that anything learned from these classes has more function than you initially think.
Ive had a great experience learning wing chun here. There are multiple times offered and they take the time to make sure i am learning the steps properly. I recommend it to anyone interested not only in wing chun, but martial arts in general.
