It started out well. We were thrilled to find a service department that could lift our RV to do exhaust work. The facility was beautiful. Their mechanic Brian was knowledgeable. They figured out what made the front end so loose and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. We gave them $3000.00 up front. Then it all went down hill. They held our RV hostage for 4 weeks. We would call and leave voice mails all day Friday thinking we might get it back and go camping. The calls would not be returned until the following week. They claimed they kept it inside, but I think their service manager, Jake was taking it camping himself for the last 3 weekends. I will definitely be changing the sheets! The repairs were actually awesome.

Simply the BestI have been going to see these guys for nine months now. Jake is the Service Manager and does a great job of always working with me and getting me in as soon as possible. Sometimes thats not always an easy task as they are very good at what they do and have become very popular! Thats a good problem right?!!!Brain is the head mechanic there and does a great job! He is so honest and forthcoming. He will not BS you on anything! Straight forward and to the point! I like that about him as I dont have time to waste in my job. He gets it done for me, right the first time and always on time!I have to say that Jake and the team there have gone above and beyond for me! I can never say enough good things about these guys and this company. Thank you for everything you do!!!!

My brother and I both drive bus for a senior community in New Brighton, Meadowood/Brightondale. Safety and reliability of our vehicle is priority for the residents we serve. Every time we have taken our vehicle to Hoglund, Brian is right there to diagnose and fix any issue we may have. Chuck and I expect good quality work and customer service for our repairs. Brian consistently exceeds our expectations on service, quality, and cost which is why it is more than worth it to us to travel 24 miles one way to get all of our service work done at Hoglund. I know at least one of our other facilities uses Hoglund for their repairs as well and speak very highly of Brians knowledge, skills, and customer service attributes. Thanks for your outstanding service Brian! You make it easy for us to decide where we go to get our repairs done.

Rob and Craig have been absolutely amazing to work with and fair prices. They have worked with us closely since day one, kept me updated every step of the way, and made recommendations that were reasonable. They have also helped get our vehicle in compliance by pointing me in the right direction for the things that I needed done. I won’t go to anyone else for our needs.

We stopped in there a couple weeks ago with the intent to purchase a bus. We drove 1 1/2 hours because we saw the good reviews. When we got there we were greeted but told there were no sales people there that day. We asked if we could look at some bus options and were told no because a salesman would need to show us. The two guys working behind the counter tried telling us to go to the Janesville, WI location. Thats 5 hours from us! We went to Besner Bus and Equipment a couple blocks away and walked away with a bus and we were more than pleased with the service. The two stars are for the nice showroom.
