After the unfortunate unprofessional experience I had during my interview with that guy Robert in Champlin I decided to past on the job.I do want to thank the staff at the Brooklyn Park Location they were very professional and understanding. Thanks again sorry I had to pass.

Outstanding

High turn over rate, poor management, and unfortunately a very toxic atmosphere. Stay away from the office and the break room and you just may enjoy your job. The pay is ok for those who have other careers and seeking part time supplemental work.

It has been an entire year of issues with my daughters morning bus!! They have been on time a total of 5 times for this school year and they have had multiple bus drivers and subs. The dispatch can be helpful and nice for the most part, but really unable to help to get you on at another stop!! It is so frustrating, you are supposed to be able to trust them with your most precious possessions- your children! It is even more difficult if you have more than one child going to a different school and even more so when you dont work in the district! My daughter has been harassed on the bus and had slime thrown at her on another occasion, the bus drivers have no control! I have contacted the bus company and the school on numerous occasions...so disappointed! I know this would be a tough job, I get that, but it is not my job to try and fix it! They need to figure a better system for tracking buses abd a better way to keep good long time drivers!!!!

Nice company to work for need bathrooms on buses.

Daughter was suppose to be home at 3:30pm, 5:13pm rolls around and no where to be found. Call this location after getting this number from her school district as the number to call for her bus. Well no one answers, after picking option 1, 2, 3 and leaving messages for the managers on option 2 and 3. Poorly manage and leaves you wondering where your child is!!!!
