Bus 473 around Burns Ave. And highway 61 cut off a car while turning right, almost got hit by the car then proceeded to take a left and almost got hit again by oncoming traffic.

Terrible bus company.Terrible communication.Terrible customer service.The only thing consistent about this company is that they never bring kids home on time.Drivers and office staff always have an excuse and coincidently always contradict each others story.Bus drivers should NOT ask children for directions...Two drivers on one bus and over an hour late.Unacceptable.No courtesy call.No information.System is, Always down/malfunctioning.Still on hold with the office...

A Monarch driver parked their bus (#490, lic #8B87191) in the bike lane this morning at about 8:30, making it impossible for cyclists to safely pass them. I had to walk my bike through a small gap between the bus and parked cars. Later, after I had passed the bus and continued riding in the bike lane, the driver caught up with me, steered their bus to the right, and passed me with very little room to spare, and far less than the three feet required by law.

This company is ridiculous! The first week of school they forgot my daughter 2 days in a row until I called and talked to the bussing supervisor Sue. She actually gets stuff done! When you call the system simply is busy or hangs up on you more often than it is answered. Our daughter gets picked up consistently 40 minutes late which is frustrating!! Today the driver almost missed her because he was just driving past not giving a single bother and when they saw us waiting then THEN he turned around and same back.. Great right? When they pulled up, there is an assistant in there.. They both almost missed us. Ugh. This company is worse than the last school. Is company our school used and that is saying something.. The least they could do is upgrade the busses to utilize google maps or some kind of gps system.. They have zero idea what they are doing or where they are going.

Followed bus 212 after he pulled out and made an illegal turn in front of me on Upton and 46th in SW Mpls this morning. Not only was he driving down the middle of the road, but he sped through TWO crosswalks where children were waiting to cross at 9am. After following him for six blocks, I clocked this bus going over 45mph in a 30mph zone passing two other schools. I called the company to report this driver, and never heard back from them. Shame on Monarch! Since this bus is on my driving route every morning at the same time, the next time I see him, I won’t bother calling the company, I will call the police. If your children are on this bus, or anywhere near it, be advised. I wouldn’t let my child anywhere near it.

Reckless driving. The driver had a stop sign did a rolling stop an went by even though we had no stop signs.Thats why I drive my children to school.

Your bus 392 was driving in the rain on sat morningwithout headlights on and almost caused an accidentits law to have headlights on for a schoolbus in the rain !!!!!!!!!!
