Just popped in for one item but was glad to see they had Covid protocols. The store was clean and the staff member helpful.

I have been in this store a number of times. I would say I had been a customer, but that would imply that the employees were ever willing to stop gossiping long enough to assist. If their website says they have it, the staff, assuming you can get ones attention, will say it isnt in stock without even pretending to look. With staff like this, who needs to worry about competition destroying a business?

Every time I have been in this store for any reason I have been treated with respect. I have always been been helped to find what ever I might need if I need help and the staff are cheerful and knowledgeable and congenital. You should be very proud of these folks. Horrible experience first associate could not work the FedEx system requires assistance from a second associate, we had to redo our shipping information twice so entered information for a total of three times. The third time the associate completed the information himself, did not inform us that he had to redo the information just left us waiting at the register to pay. The same gentleman had to help multiple other associates and customers all at once. Not his fault but one cashier was standing around playing on his smart watch. The one who associate began helping us who had no name tag on could not operate anything on her own and never told us why the transaction was taking so long because she could not get logged in. There was no communication in this transaction and took way too long to complete. The manager finally apologized but still unacceptable with the lack of communication.

Every time I go in to this Office Depot there is never anyone at the registers. Today I came in had $300 worth of items half of the sale things did not ring up correctly. The clerk that was helping me, and was trying very hard, got a manager to correct the sale items... she got frustrated and just cleared out the entire sale and was just going to ring it again after Id already been there 20 minutes trying to ring this up. She said she said it was just too difficult to go through the list and fix everything. I buy a lot for our company here and I will not come to this Office Depot ever again.

Every time I come in (which is frequently due to my office job around nearby) I am ignored and have never been asked if I need help when I come in. When I try to find someone to help it’s like they’re trying to avoid helping me. I’ll look around, wandering isles trying to find what I’m looking for or an associate to help, then when I happen to wave down an employee to ask where an item is they just wave in a direction and try to give me directions to the item which has turned out to be unsuccessful because the majority of the time I’m sent to the wrong place. So the employees don’t know where items are in their own store, could care less to assist you to find the object and are physically not present to assist in any other way. I hate when my office asks me to come here for something we need because I dread the experience I know I will get.

I enjoy coming to office Depot for my needs for my computer I always buy my ink for my printer and I usually be able to buy the kind I need and the staff at office depot are always helpful and kind and this make my visit is very enjoyable thank you for everything

Print services are very slow. They only had a couple people here ahead of me and it took me ten minutes to get help. I told them exactly what they needed to do with my print, computers were slow and took another 10 minutes. Then I was made to pay for my poster before I got it and told it will be an hour its 10:35 and I have a class at 11. I got here at 10. Im never coming to this one to print anything again, the one on shillinger is much better and faster. I would have been at school by now if I went to that one but I wanted to go to the one closer to home.This place I good for any other shopping but NOT PRINTING.

Awesome customer service. I needed to get some things printed out but the file format was giving us trouble. The guy kept apologizing for the wait and as soon as he realized he was having too much trouble he called two other employees to help with that issue.

Great sale today! Easy to use rewards

Went in for the tax free sale to get a new laptop and waited 25 minutes just to tell someone that I wanted a computer. They then called someone else who took their time to get to me before going to get the item I asked for even though the first person told them on the radio what I wanted.

They do a good job....but dont expect to be in and out of there in anything less that 15 minutes.

Advertised 12cent copies. WRONG! Thats only with a credit card. if you pay with American cash, its REALLY 15centa, plus 25cents. So its more than double the price with the currency used in the coubtry its located. AAAAAAND, when they accidentally print it on legal paper insteas of 8.5x11 (i didnt care how big it was), its then YOUR responsibility to pay for the extra fee for bigger paper. keep it up office depot, run all your customers off. doin a fine job.this will be the 3rd time ive changed my rating for this place. firat one was horrible, then they had improved the place when i went back months later, so i reflected that in their score.Then yesterday i went bavk to find a whole new staff again, and right back to being horrible. i saw a sign hiring print shop personel, and i hope whoever applys knows how to work on a computer.....if I have to train someone in basic use again I want to get paid.ill try and post the photo I took showing 4 employees (and one out of the frame) hanging out socializing while Ive been at the counter hollering for someone for 5 minutes.

Annoying micromanaging manager. You come in, manager calls employee to come help then badgers the employee to move on. Its really annoying.
