Absolutely laughable. Worth 0 stars. Not even one. I had a 20 agent/manager showcase to attend through them. The woman who works here, Jillian, said that they also offer preps beforehand so we could practice with a group of others before the showcase. I signed up for that as well for a small additional fee. I never received emailed information about the zoom link for the prep over zoom and I had to email her for it. That was strike one. When the prep was about to end, she let us know that shed send information about the showcase later on that night. I never got the email, but I wasnt sweating it, people are busy. They never emailed me even the day of the showcase. I had to call, but they were closed. I had to email them and DM on Instagram for the showcase link that I was late for. Thank God I wasnt in the first group otherwise Id miss my audition time slot, but anyway, the guy who works there got in contact with Jillian and then she sent me the link to the Zoom. I was so upset. How could everyone else get the info except me?? The final straw was weeks after the showcase. I got my feedback and she said that the agents and managers sometimes go through them to express interest about talent and sometimes we hear back directly. She also said that if a month passes and we dont hear anything to email her...So, weeks went by, I didnt hear anything, and I finally emailed her asking if anyone was interested. Then she says, I did hear from one manager that they were interested in you. Let me follow up with them to see if they still plan to call you in. Like are you kidding? You tell me that now? AFTER I had to email YOU? Super unprofessional. Horrible communication skills. Ill never audition through this company again or do anything through them really.

My daughter has done classes with A Class Act NY and really enjoys learning from various industry professionals. The staff is excellent and great with communication. So nice and professional!

Our daughter really enjoyed a weekend class working on fun up to date monologues from current television shows she enjoys while getting great feedback from industry professionals. Jillian and the staff were professional and helpful. Jess is a great resource for parents who have children working in the business.

Great acting classes for kids. Gave my niece a camp in the summer ans she loved it.
