I m interested to join the institute, what are the requirements to join this institute

I went there for half a year in 2016, but everything is miscellaneous. The instructor will be late without contact, and the interns coordinator is also appropriate and overwhelming. All the report cards were said to send a paper graduation certificate with the highest evaluation, but they were not sent. It is very useful for making job hunting material.
