The team is fantastic and very supportive of both beginners and experienced. They give quality feedback and encourage growth no matter the skill level. The studio is clean and feels professional. They have bathrooms there for changing and a place to store your carry in items. Socks will be needed if you dont have ballet slippers.Outside is a sign just in case you cant find it! The area is safe to leave in the evenings and parking can be done in the garage down the street.

I am 48 years old and have danced unprofessionally for ages. I started with the basic and beginners barre classes and, boy, what a great work out! Toning the arms, the legs, and back, Hell, you whole body! Never let age stop you from anything! The owner is an absolute doll! I will continue my ballet goals in England. Thank you😊

Amazing, amazing experience I would not have anticipated. I have been to about 16 classes here over about 10 weeks. I am nearly 50 and thought that the discipline of ballet would help me reduce pain and stretch my brain. It is doing all that, and more. I absolutely did not anticipate the improvement I have had in my overall physical fitness. This past Sunday, I returned to my gym for the first time since I started ballet. I was absolutely shocked and surprised by my performance across different muscle groups and activities. I do not know that I am exponentially stronger, but maybe the combination of strength, coordination, posture, effort? I can provide some concrete examples. I started on the rowing machine. I usually target 2000-2200 meters in 18 minutes, but started my warm up this time with 2600 meters in 15 minutes flat. No breaks, no stops, no adjustments. Strokes were just more powerful. Things just worked better. Moving to strength, I found similar results--substantial increases in weight required to get any workout for adductors, abductors (inner and outer thighs), leg presses, and other lower body work. Even more surprising to me, I had to increase weight substantially for chest and back workouts (Deltoids and pectorals). Each time I sat to work at something, I had to reset my weight up several times in order to do a workout that would, well, feel like a workout. It was absolutely fascinating. I cannot imagine that the increase over the next 10 weeks could be as steep, but clearly my whole body has been challenged in new ways and has benefited from that. I did not understand how all-encompassing this impact could be. I really look forward to keeping this up and learning more as I go. I love too that there is a variety of excellent teachers. I have met at least 4 or 5 and they are all excellent.

So pleased to have taken four Ballet Bar classes at this studio. Having no experience in this venue, I was still welcomed by instructors and students. I felt welcomed. When I return to NYC, I will take advantage of additional classes. Patricia Dewey

This is a wonderful facility. Teachers (all professional ballet dancers) are skilled, patient, and offer challenging, interesting barre workouts that beginners can follow. The studio is lovely. I cant express how much I love this place.

Been wanting to try this place out and today I finally did, and so glad I did! It was the best workout I’ve done in a while, the instructor allowed me and a couple other beginners to follow everyone else without any difficulties and with lots of patience. I’m def coming back.

Ballet body barre is a great class for barre/ballet basics - from posture to positions - the moves help tone and lengthen.
