We held our 5 year olds birthday party here on a dark rainy Sunday afternoon and you wouldnt have known it looked like midnight outside by the sunshine and warmth inside. The staff were wonderful with the kids (and the grownups). They kept 15 kindergarteners and one 3rd grader totally entertained and DOING CHOREOGRAPHY for a solid 45 minutes. The kids looked thrilled- and we the grownups basically had to do...nothing....The staff is totally on it. They make the party effortless. Strong recommend for kid parties. Easy planning process and correspondence the whole time.

If you are looking for a GREAT dance workout! You must come the Downtown Dance Factory. This place used to be Your Neighborhood Dance Studio and before that it was DADA. The staff is amazing and so sweet. I took the Dance it Out with Tor. Fun class and the Plyojam was a workout.

Our three children all take classes at Downtown Dance Factory dating back to 2014! The studio feels like home to us! We have watched each of our children be supported, challenged and encouraged by the incredible DDF teachers and ultimately gain confidence and blossom! Each year culminates with a fantastic recital which never fails to stun us with the quality of dancing; the dedication, organizational skills and hard work of the staff; and the commitment, energy and palpable love exuding from the tiniest dancers to the superstar veterans on that stage.In competitions, DDF dancers stand out because of their team spirit, sophistication, technique and love of storytelling!The joy for dance and creative expression that DDF has instilled in our children is invaluable! We are so grateful to be part of such a supportive, passionate and loving community. Truly a large dance school with an intimate, family vibe!

My daughter has been dancing here since she was very young. She looks forward to each and every class and would move in if she could. Hanne and all the teachers treat each child with love and respect and do their very best to help them become the dancers they want to be.

This dance studio is beyond amazing and has honestly changed my daughter’s life. She started late, at 12, and now in her fourth year she dances 10 hours a week. The teachers and owners care so much about the kids. My daughter now has a passion that gives her confidence and joy and keeps her in great shape. DDF is a wonderful community of families. The recitals at the end of the year are so professional that I think they give the kids the sense that they can do anything as long as they work hard and have great teachers. This is a great place for boys and girls. I am so grateful to DDF for everything they have done for my daughters.

I have been a dancer at Downtown Dance Factory since it has first opened. All the staff are so welcoming, and it is such a kind and positive environment! I love this place so much, and am glad to call it my second home!

My daughter wanted a Hip Hop Dance Party for her Birthday. I found Downtown Dance Factory and read about their company, the program offered, including the parties they provided and read some reviews. Going based on that I decided to book her 9th Birthday party there and she LOVED it. I loved how communicative the staff was prior to the day of her party. How informative and clear they were on the process and how the day would go. It is obvious they care about who they are serving --- a very tightly run ship. More importantly, on the day of her party they took care of everything, preparations, directing the parents and children where to go and what to do. The children had a fantastic time and my daughter wants her next birthday party there again. The instructors were awesome and all the children, including the boys enjoyed and it was obvious. I would highly recommend this place for a birthday party! Im sure the classes must be just a great. Thanks again for making daughters 9th Birthday party such a memorable one for her (and me)!!
