Donation-based dance classes for adults. Sarah Ds adult ballet classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays are great for beginner-intermediate dancers. Sarah is easily one of the kindest, engaging teachers in NYC! She makes everyone feel welcome and safe, so of course the ballet community at Liberated Movement is wonderful! Hoping that they will expand their ballet class offerings!
The dance classes here are inclusive, judgement free, and as the name suggests- liberating. This place brings movement into my life in a deeply meaningful way. Expect to sweat, make noise, and move in wild ways. Donation only, so bring cash or PayPal.
