This is the second time I send my children from France to take the Ielts Academic examen in New York.Everything goes smoothly and as planned!Highly organised and extremely sensitive for students with physical and mental challenges.They do their best to make all the accommodations as required by law !Nathalie Falla has been always helpful and positive. She answers all the mails on the same day bases, which is very appreciated, especially when we are communicating from different parts of the world.Keep the good job Nathalie and Saleem.

Do NOT take your IELTS here. They give bad headset for listening and you hear nothing. I took IELTS 2 years ago in different location with speakers and the sound was clear. I think I lost 10 points just because I did no hear anything. I will have to retake it somewhere else. $200 for nothing. Plus staff is awful.

Nice place and staffs are little bit strict. But they are very good at conducting the IELTS test on time.

I took an IELTS exam 21/07/2018 in New York when I was in listening part, the invigilator said, you do not with us. Therefore, she changed my headphone, when I put the headphone on my head, It was a different section. Which caused, I couldnt catch section two, my answer sheet empties between 11 to 20. After the exam, I wrote a letter about this situation.They said, you can take an exam again. right now They are trying to manipulate the fact .they did not provide me the proper the due lack of their examiners due diligence. When did happened the invigilator panicked because she knew what she did. I want to complain that invigilator. Also, I want to take a retest. The invigilator name is Jawairia Riaz.

Came here for a ielts test. Came here before 7.50am at 7.20am but the registration is still ongoing now at 8.20am. Says in the email here that the doors close at 7.50am but nope, people are strolling in at 8.20am. oh, and they deprive you of your rights to go to the restroom while they go through this registration process, even if you are about to pee your pants. And you will have to take off your contact lenses during the test!Will again after update after the test.

Theyre not worth the money👎🏻I had a bad experience.The best thing is the location only.

When the result is not delivered, the applicant needs to pay extra USD 40 without any help/investigation. The staff blamed the USPS who is the third person. This is similar to the previous reviews that they don’t take any responsibility on anything.

If you want to pass an English test, avoid this place.Examinators are the worst, you may never get your results if you do not agree to pay further charges.A really bad experience
