Ive just registered in this institute as a transfer student. They are really prompt in advising you on how to proceed the Transfer. I also appreciate that they are responsive in weekends and late at night to any email that Ive sent. I will post an update comment as soon as Ive participated in the classes.

This school is one of the serious English schools in NYC. I see some people complain about the school dismissing them due to the lack of attendance in the comments, but the program is good and very helpful as long as you attend the classes properly and have an active learning mindset. Also, I love how they have all different students from various countries.

New York English Academy has been very kind and prompt regarding all aspects of schooling. In-depth materials were given to us in class to learn about American history and culture. It has been a very welcoming experience!

Red flag! If you are an F1 student and care about your status, avoid this school for any matter!They make mistakes, do not admit them and are pretty quick to terminate your status, which could not even be your fault. They will not inform you about any issues or try to get in touch, the teacher will say nothing. You will be informed only after it is too late.! Some teachers are just mean and act inappropriately, and you will not get an apology. The Director of the school does not get in touch and takes any responsibility. I am not sure he even knows about the situation, because the emails I got from the school were not signed with any name.You will have a chance to appeal the decision, but how real is that? They will not provide you with any information about your appeal. I am not sure to whom the signature on my appeal form belongs, no name again. See the picture.They just do not care, or mismanage, or might be both. By the way, for the good reviews on social media they provide with the bonuses.Update:Read my review again and carefully. No one still respond to my email or gave me a call. Is it a high standard? Even this sort of reply from you is a big warning for international students.

I am very satisfied with the great experiences that I have done with New York English Academy. This an outstanding school with well- educated stuffs and teachers. Therefore, I really propose you to apply and register in order to improve your English skills like I do.

Ive taken classes here for over a year, and I highly recommend you sign up if youre interested in learning a new language (or brushing up on one youve already learned). Its been a truly wonderful experience, something I look forward to each week. The environment is great, teachers are wonderful, and best of all free cookies!

Dont register here. And I said I graduated from the University in the US but they put me in the ESL program, which is illegal. I talked with other language schools consultants and was told that someone who got a BA degree in the US cant take Esl programs. They just want to get ppls money. I checked their license will be terminated in July. I hope they will renew soon

For of difficult topic of the English language I feel a much more productive and confidence after learning the courses. I only become improved for my abilities in restauraunt I work in queens county, New York, New York and find a great successes for In the future. Now I wrote all my review with much confidence and style ! In my country I skype and friends say impressed.i say much thank you, very much :)

This school take less fees and student attract here...but they dont know they have month to month attendance and no option to recover if your attendance less. Straight dissmisal email and termination sevis. if you wana terminate sevis join this school. Worse school ever.

Learning English from this Academy has been an awesome experience. The tutors are friendly and will go the extra mile just to make sure you grab the essentials. Also, the charges are quite reasonable compared to other places I have either been to or made inquiries. I will definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for the best tutors or academy. Ive joined this school for 1 month and I think the program is really good. Class consists of few number of students which give us a lot opportunity to speak. Teacher also usually discusses about current topic in the NY or US and it enhances our understanding about US culture.

Impressed by the founder of the school for handling all applications timely and meticulously.

Made appointment on July 3rd for placement test and free trial. However, the school did not open on that day. I called this morning ask for the reason on July 5th. The lady who made appointment with me said: July 3rd and 4th are New York holiday, I thought everybody knows. Then why did you make appointment on July 3rd with me? She didnt even apologize for the mistake she made and just asked me: Do you wanna make another appointment for tomorrow?” As soon as I made the appointment with her, she just hanged up the phone! Didnt apologize, didnt thank me, didnt even say goodbye! This is the rudest reception I have ever seen in my whole life! Yes, people are learning English in your school, but what about the manners? If everyone is learning English this way, I prefer not to.
