I’m an adult taking classes and I absolutely love the environment. I’ve established new positive relationships while developing a strong technique in self defense. The instructors are great and it’s a great way to stay in shape and agile even through adult years.

Supreme Martial Arts - East Village is an excellent school for all ages. My son who is 8 loves it and loves the teachings. He knows his schedule and always has his clothes ready the day of his classes. They really motivate and listen to the needs of the children. They also make it very fun that sometimes I wish I could go in and try!

Theres an amazing dedication from the instructors here. It never feels routine or repetitive; theres always some new nuance to learn. Theyre always patient, encouraging, positive. They also create a true sense of community among a group of students from very diverse backgrounds. People of absolutely all ages and levels of fitness train here and there is something for everybody. Its a great workout and a great stress reliever; for an hour you are so focused on the training and on getting your technique exactly right that you have no mental space to think about whatever frustrations you had to deal with during the day. If you hate dragging yourself to the gym, this is a great way to get fitter while learning a useful skill, gaining in confidence and shaking yourself out of your routine.

My 7 year old daughter started here about a month ago and wants to go every day!!! The Masters are amazing with the kids - motivating, fun, energetic and encouraging. We can not recommend this place enough. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

I am amazing first time at supreme martial arts in the East village. Especially being a beginner(adult) with no fighting experience. I felt welcomed and capable. I signed up immediately after my first lesson.

First class for my 8 y/o and he enjoyed it! The instructor was very knowledged in maintaining his patience with kids.
