Where do I begin! Amazing Staff! My daughter is DEAF and they have an instructor that learned and continuing to learn ASL to help her succeed! She has struggled with being shy and she’s gaining self confidence, time management, and the love of a healthy-active workout twice a week. I also needed help getting her home from classes and the instructors and staff have volunteered to drop her off at home for me! Be prepared to be treated like family here!

My 6 year old boy has tried several sports and didnt seemed interested in any of them. We tried out KOMA starting in October 2020 and he absolutely loves it. He is dedicated, completely attentive and learning useful skills. I cant say enough good things about KOMA and the staff. My 9 year old daughter wants to start classes. Highly recommend! :)

KOMA has been great for building confidence in our kids, and also for listening skills. The instructors are all wonderful with the kids - very encouraging and correct them when they need it. The front desk staff is amazing, friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. They pay attention and work with every person to help them learn and develop. My daughter has been attending KOMA for 6 months. The location is great, and the flexibility in classes is terrific. The instructors are the best part of KOMA- they are very knowledgeable and motivate my daughter to give her best each class. Her confidence has increased so much since her first class. Our boys have been coming here for over a year and love it. Location is great and instructors are even better. This is the one class our boys never want to miss. Bring your kids in for a class to see if they like it. Its well worth it.

I have been going to this place for almost as long as I can remember and we have so much fun in our classes that I would recommend anyone to come and try it out all of the instructors are so nice and they are very accommodating for people with disabilities and injuries.

Five Stars across the board for KOMA and their staff. Our son has ADHD and we were having trouble finding activities that he enjoyed and organizations that could accommodate him. KOMA opened their arms and hearts to him and watching his growth since joining has been amazing! The first thing my son asks me after every class is can I come back? I highly recommend KOMA to everyone but especially if you have a child that requires some special accommodations.

I just attended a FREE Womens Self-Defense session at KOMA, lead by Anna Crandall. Ms. Crandall is very knowledgeable in both the actions of the perpetrators and various options for defending ones self. I especially appreciated the practice time that is included in the session. Although I have never considered myself a target, I realized that I could do more to ensure my own safety, as well as my kids. I am planning to have my daughter attend the next session, and would encourage all parents to send their daughters to a self-defense lesson - its the least we can do to help keep them safe!

My grandson and I really love koma , I have a lot of health issues. My doctor is on me about exercising 2 to 3 times a wk. . When I came to koma, I hurt everywhere due to my fibromyalgia, being overweight and 49 yrs old, I didnt know if I even could do taekwondo . At first I was extremely sore, I cried almost every night but I kept going and working through the pain and now 6 months later I feel much better. Since I started my journey in taekwondo I have noticed a huge change in my entire body and mind.Yes I have even dropped 1 dress size and plan to lose even more. I am a yellow belt and so excited to learn more. My Grandson is a green belt and loves come to koma . the instructors are absolutely AWESOME.

My son is a student and he goes to classes 4X weekly. Instructors are excellent and we are quite pleased with all he has learned.

KOMA-North has provided my son an excellent environment to build his confidence and character through Tae Kwon Do. The instructors are caring and professional.
