Bright Horizons is a great learning center for young children. Bright Horizons has a nurturing approach and a creative curriculum that engages the children and makes them eager to come back and learn more. From arts and crafts to dramatic play, the activities are fun and carefully designed for educational purposes. And the teachers and staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and genuinely interested in connecting with and teaching the children. Bright Horizons does a great job at keeping the parents informed and involved. We highly recommend Bright Horizons to any parent or family in need of care.

We have had a great experience at BH especially during this pandemic. I have felt my kids are being kept safe and healthy with all of the protocols in place. The kids love the school and I love seeing all the great activities/learning opportunities that they are experiencing.

Bright horizons google reviewI want to preface this review by saying I was fully aware of the horrific incident that happened at this school a few years ago. My family is extremely close with 8 families who were enrolled at the time and all of them stayed with the school. They are either still currently enrolled or graduated. This should tell you how incredible this school is and how much my highly educated friends believe in and trust this establishment and the staff. All who were involved were let go immediately and the Director was replaced with the current one who is phenomenal. Here is my original review:I cannot say enough great things about this school, their staff and the lifelong friends we have made with our fellow families. We have a family of four originally from Chicago and our 4 year old has been at BH in Baldwin park for 2 years. All of our friends children have been going to Bright horizons for 6-7 years (current or graduated) and I wish I would of enrolled our son sooner.Watching the way these kids play, behave, and learn over the years made us decided to switch from a school in the south loop that was less expensive. You know the saying you really do get what you pay for!Besides the families, the staff and teachers welcomed us with open arms. Any questions or concerns I have are always handled swiftly and thoughtfully. Jackie, the Director always has her “door open”.I cannot express how far my son has come since being enrolled. He started out here a little behind in speech and social skills and now he has blossomed into a very outgoing boy who is speaking eloquently. He surprises my husband and I everyday with his intelligence and has thrived with the school’s curriculum. I can only attribute it to the caring and patient teachers he’s had along the way: Miss Teana & Miss Wanda, Miss Nino and now Miss Perdany. I am forever grateful to them, Miss Joyce, Miss Jackie and everyone on staff!Thank you for the incredible experience we have had. Bright Horizons Baldwin Park has exceeded all our expectations! Please check them out!

Had our daughter here for about a year. Great facility, teachers, and staff. Never once had an issue with anything or anyone.Security is really good as far as daycare facilities go. Theyre one of the few daycares in the area thats really clean and professional that also takes newborns. My only gripe, and why we eventually found a new place, was the price. Youre paying for the area and the facility. And its no small difference. For newborn care it was worth it, but beyond that there was just no justifying the cost. They simply dont do enough different to warrant the price.Otherwise, top notch!

I needed to find a place for my son to go last minute and by the grace of God I found this amazing place. My son is 2 and was warmly welcomed into the class. The teacher took the to go through what his day would be like and ask me if there was anything special he needed. When I came to pick him up he was laughing and dancing having a great time. Again Ms. Jackie took the time to let me know how his day went and even when he got a little cranky (it was before lunch/nap time) she comforted him and it made me feel even more assured I left him in great hands. This will definitely be an option for us in the future! Thank you so much to both the staff and Ms. Jackie.

Criminals being hired to work with kids at this terrible facility. Do a little research on this awful business and you’ll never want to risk sending your kids there. Kids have been hurt by staff here due to poor back ground checks and incompetence. The most recent incident in 2018 when they fired a male staff member for inappropriately touching children.

Also accused Bright Horizons of having a policy of paying for criminal and civil defense attorneys for teachers who are accused of sexually abusing students at its schools, Herman said. The attorney said that demonstrates a scheme of protecting itself and accused pedophiles.Thank you for opening our eyes.

Looking for an unsafe, negative environment where the teachers are overwhelmed in keeping up with the policies to cover their butts from a law suit? Bright Horizons did run a background check on the degenerate that sparked the DCF investigation-- they (directors and members of HR) chose to hire this staff member with a violent past anyways. The snacks they provide the school is junk food. Dont be fooled by the 1500$ tuition...RUN AWAY!

This school just needs to shut down. When I toured this school I saw where they do swim lessons at and I only saw two people in that pool which was a grown man who was the instructor and a young girl in the pool now I’m just heading of a young child being molested at this daycare which leads me to believe they just trust anybody to come in and take care of these kids. This was the most expensive school that I have toured in Orlando. It’s so not worth it. Don’t even bother to tour this school it will be the waste of your time !!!!!

DCF has a suspension of license pending for Bright Horizons. The number one priority of a parent is the safety and wellbeing of their children. This school is more expensive then any other preschool in the Orlando area. There is no reason to send your child to this school.

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizions Baldwin Park for almost 3 years now and we love it. I could not imagine any other daycare would be as good for my daugter. Everything is always clean and neat and she is rarely sick. She is also learning so much. I feel she will be well ahead of other kids her age when she enters preschool and kindergarden.

They are too interest in money, I was paying for my 3 years old $411 per month, twice a weerk 9am to 1pm and that was just for play in the classroom. I arrived one time 8 minutes later that 1:00pm and they charged $10.00 for that. The director is very hypocrite, with an false smile.Don’t sing yours kids in that school
