My little guy has been going for a little over two months already. As hard as it is to leave my baby, knowing he is being cared for by the teachers in the baby room make it easier. He’s not once had a rash, dirty nose, or been a mess when it’s time for pick up. He gets excited when he sees his teacher. I know they love him like their own, and for that I couldn’t be happier!!

My daughter has been enrolled at KRK since May 2019. She enjoys going to KRK Learning Academy at Landstar and it has become her second home. 2020 was very challenging but I believe we have all come out better because of it. Elara loves her teachers and we appreciate their communication despite the obstacles placed by the pandemic. The Administrative team is caring and very professional. I recommend this establishment 100% and I hope to see Elara continue growing in the KRK Family.

Both my daughters are here, have been for 2 years. I honestly like my daughters teachers, they always communicate with me and my wife. Reading some of this old comments it just makes me believe parents dont make an effort to build a relationship with the teachers, who become co parents for the mean time. Ive always made sure my daughters say goodmorning to them so they can build a greater bond. Learning begins at home, teach them to listen and not be disruptive and I bet theyll have a better time with their friends. Love kids r kids and will always be thankful for what theyve done.

Kids R Kids is the best day care! The staff and teachers are great. Ms. Zory has done an excellent job with my three year old son, in only three months he is able to recognize the alphabet and sounds.Kids R Kids is a pleasant, safe and loving center. I love that i can visit him or watch him through the day using Watch Me Grow. The most important my son is very happy at Kids R Kids at Pinnacle Cove Blvd, Orlando. Thank you for all your hard work teachers and staff.

Kids R kids is the best childcare my kid has ever attended!! You have access to see your kid on video through out the day. Safety & security is first is what I noticed. They have fingerprint log in & log out plus you are greeted with someone at the counter every morning & evening. Also education & learning skills are a major eye opener that my child receives on a daily basis! I recommend anyone to try them out!

I love and I recommend Kids r kids with my eyes closed because of the lovely and polite staff they have, their commitment, and their professionalism. My three year old son goes there and he had made a really positive change in regards to how to approach other kids to play, how to express himself and specially he is becoming bilingual. I give kids r kids a 5 star learning academy.

Kids R Kids is the 1st Academy i sent my daughter too. Miss Jessica is the Best, she loves the kids and has taught my daughter so much in less than a year she knows more than i could ever imagine. Im so happy to have found this place. One thing i would like is to get a curriculum on what they are learning each month. My daughter just switched classes and Im excited to see what she learns from Miss Lauren.

We have been at Kids R Kids for going on 3 years now. We love all the teachers, staff and owners! Very transparent and your child will learn a lot from the curriculum they have set in place. Every week we are truly amazed at the new things our child says or know from what she learned in school! All the things she is learning is posted in the classroom so you can keep up with what is going on daily. The entire facility is very clean. The way the school is set up with the windows between the classrooms is awesome because your child can see what room they are going to go to next and it helps transition them. We love that they have cameras that I can see my child directly on my IPhone. When we first started going there it was a comfort that I could check in and peek on my daughter as this was our first time using a daycare facility. Overall we have had a wonderful experience with this daycare and would refer anyone to them!

My daughter is 4 and has never been in a daycare setting before this year. So naturally my first concern was her safety and how she would adjust. I was originally drawn to Kids r Kids once i learned that they have web cams. Having access to watch your child on video through out the day is incredibly easing. They also have fingerprint log in & log out and there is always someone at the counter. Safety & security definitely is a priority at this school for sure.

I am really picky when it comes to my baby. She was with me 24/7. And at this school they have make me feel that my daughter will be safe. They have been really understanding and patience with her as she didn’t like school and would cry. And they have work with me to make mine and her experience better. My daughter wouldn’t take naps (she is 2) wouldn’t eat and wouldn’t participate. It has been two weeks and now she eats sleeps and participate. She doesn’t even cry when I leave her anymore. She also had a delay on speech. And that is getting way better. She is starting to comunícate more. I’m really happy with them. And the director and staff are great with the children. I have personally no complain. If I don’t like something the directo will work with you and make it better for you and your child. The money, the drive (i have to go south for the school and then all the way to winter garden to work) is all worth it.

SO we use to highly recommend- then there was a change of management of sorts and a huge turnover of teachers! My son started offin the infant room and they do a great job. Those teachers left and my son went up to the toddler room. Overall now, the staff DOES NOT care about the children. My son came home with a mark on his arm and a band aid was clearly on it. Nobody ever told us what happened, why, no reports, etc. I have seen the teachers SCREAM at the kids on camera.... mind you my son is one years old. The cameras give you a peace of mind. Tara (the previous director) was wonderful and after she left, some staff left, it went downhill. We are removing my son to another daycare where I feel they truly care about the kids.

Overall, the school tries to work with your needs and concerns, definitely cleanly, but as for My son has had some difficulty associating with other children and for many months i did not know what else to do. I took him out for 1 day to another school and forget it! I did not hear the end of it, He wanted Kids R Kids he wanted Ms. Bianka. He was so happy to come back and I was surprised the school were so open to take him back so quickly, Ms. Bianka continued to work with him, now he has no problem interacting with his friends, or coming together as a group. He has continued to excel, I cant thank his teacher enough for not giving up and having the patience to work with my 4yr old and always able to answer any questions I have

I love this school. The staff is helpful and friendly. My daughters teachers are awesome and you can see they CARE for the kids in their class. My daughter loves to go and that right there is a huge deal compared to the other school she was going to before.

I love kids r kids. My kids love it there, not one single complaint to say about this school and their staff . They treat my kids and all the kids in the class with so much love , I know that once I leave to go to work that they are in great hands. My kids have learned so many things. Its an awesome school!! 5 stars!!

We are delighted with the care being provided to our toddler. She smiles and claps her hands when I drop her off. Our teacher, Ms. Pilar, is loving, while also teaching my daughter and all others, important social skills. The administration also got to know us right away and we immediately felt welcomed into the KRK community. We look forward to continue to see our daughter grow and learn thanks to the curriculum, love and care provided in this establishment.

My son has been there for a year. I have to say that the have an excellent staff. Ms. Karen is the best teacher ever, extremely sweet, and she also help us with the potty training. He is being learning a lot ;)Ms Michelle, Milli and Sandra thanks for everything.

This is not only my daughters first year in a daycare facility but my first experience as well. She is enrolled in the VPK wraparound and TRUST ME I researched all facilities in the area and my hard work paid off! (Thanks Ms. Kayla for answering ALL my questions!!) I love the curriculum choice, ABC Mouse time and ESPECIALLY the capability to peek on her during the day. Even if I call about a concern i witnessed it is handled at that moment. Also, I LOVE that she has to wear uniforms and she does too! All around ALL the staff are awesome and we are so happy to be apart of the Kids R Kids Landstar Family.

This place is worst. If I could give them 0 star. I feel like got cheated. All employees has no communication inside. How the hell they are going to communicate with parents. I put my son to this place for less then 2 weeks. He didnot adjust to this place so we decided to take him out. First, I called to talk to the director Michelle. She stats that just come by and sign the papers. So I send my wife there to sign papers. they told her that we have to pay for 2 weeks half fees. Because we didnt give 2 weeks notice. My wife tells me about this. So I call the place up to talk to the Michelle .when I called her she was saying that she has to talk to the owner to see if she can cancel the charges. I will let you know before I charge you anything. I didnt not receive any phone called from anyone or I didnt receive any bills. Suddenly I get a phone call from collection agency to collect the money. So I call the kids r kids . Now I finally get the hold of the owner. She just didnt want to listen to my side of the story. Just keep saying it is the policy . I never received a hand book. They are saying its in the hand book. I cant do anything since it want to collection agency. Now I have to pay extra 50 dollar for agency fee. I am never putting my kid here ever again.

My experience has been great at Kids R Kids. Centers have policies and when you serve large groups of families you have to establish protocols. Sounds like you didnt read what you signed at enrollment. The packet clearly states the issues you have referenced. My child and my family have had nothing but pleasant interactions with the owners and staff. When you give a business a review you are supposed to highlight the concerns and the positives. Sounds like your son wasnt ready for preschool.

I took my grand daughter out of that school. She is 3 y/o and was there two months and never stopped crying in the mornings which she doesn’t do at the new school she’s been going to for the past three days.She didn’t display any signs of learning. She was FILTHY when she came home, her face clothes and hands had black dirt in them. She would have dirt in her hair from kids putting it there and being unattended.The teachers don’t seem to be genuinely concerned about the kids and nurturing. I was extremely disappointed and would not suggest this school to anyone.

Ive honestly have got to say I am one of those nightmare parents. Im so cautious when it comes to my daughter, and dont trust many with her.. This place right here puts all my fears at ease. I can see her at all times through the secure Webcam that they have set up.My daughter gets these large portions of food and seems to never be hungry like other places we have tried. Im huge on education and they have put much effort into teaching my child. The only downfall in my eyes is the uniforms. The shirts are scratchy and wish more then ever they would include JEANS in the uniform mandate.Even though we are in Florida, still can get pretty cold.

Great school, great teachers! Very structured, organized, and safe place to bring your little ones to learn and be cared for during work hours.

Do yourself a favor and do Not take your children there, do not work there.Also the owner is not professional.. is all I have to say. 😉

At the beginning everything was fine until they still changing teachers and stuff. Children don’t get custom as easy as an adult. They doesn’t have a permanent teachers there. Horrible experience!!!!!

If it was left up to me I would not give no even half a star. Theyre service sucks. You basically paying for watching them in through the camera in class and playground but when it comes to feeding them, it would be snacks. My granddaughter would get home hungry and bc of that she developed anemia. That daycare is all about the money. If your child is sick, they still will force you to pay the complete week.

This center had my full attention and I loved it quite a bit. Then the turnover started of the staff their with complaints of unfair treatment by management, no benefits and teachers concerns being neglected. We thought it would still be a nice place to continue to have our children until my daughter was repeatedly bitten by the same child and they did nothing to re-mediate the situation other than apologize. She has been bitten several times, scratched in the face, come home with a bloody wound on her abdomen and we have only received a verbal apology. This center is not proactive in keeping children safe, they are instead reactive once a child has been injured. Unfortunately due to their neglect of the children in this young mans presence Im forced to believe they are a revenue based center as opposed to caring about the true well being of their students.

For 3 and a half years my son attended this nursery and i can say its a very good place to bring your kid i recommend any one to have their kid attend this nursery if they live in this area.

Kids R Kids is awesome!! Michelle, Milly and Sandra are the best! The teachers are amazing and really good with the children...My daughter has been in the school since they opened and has really learned a lot. I Love Kid R Kids Landstar!!

I like how the parents and children are greeted from the time they walk in and love how the teachers interact with the children they dont only teach and take care the children but also love them.

Love this daycare! Ms. Pilar is awesome teacher!! I was nervous at first leaving my little one here when i still saw her as my little baby that needed me but she was a pro on her first day. Seeing how she has blossomed in this learning center and how much shes learned makes it all worth it. I go to work in peace knowing she is in a safe, happy and fun place. And i can sneak a peak at her through the cams as much as i want. Great staff all around. Shout out to marta too very sweet teacher. I recommend this daycare/learning center.

Few Months back my husband and I decided we need to put our lil one in day care so he can get use to socializing with other children and learn new things. At first I was so nervous letting go of my baby, I also read mix reviews for Kids R Kids. But I can tell you now that this was one good decision for our son. Kids R Kids has been really helpful and caring towards my son and other children as well. In the beginning I was heart broken because my lil guy was not adjusting but like the staff had told me give it few weeks he should be fine. We did, and he has improved so much. He still does whine a little when I leave him, but right after I am gone he is happily playing and enjoying. Which the cameras play a good part in it. Kids R Kids have cameras we can look at that gives us mothers/fathers a peace of mind. The cameras do have small blindspots I wish they would fix, but it is still nice to have. The teachers in his class and the staff i have met at KidsRKids are so helpful and understanding with my sons Needs.they have helped him in any way possible thus far. I hope it stays like that when he moves up to the other class.

First let us start with the lack of professionalism from Tara the Director. The cover up lies for her errors and places blame on the parents.She paints a pretty picture of the services for the children come to find out Kids R Kids employees told us the children are treated disrespectfully and yelled at, although not by all. Ms. Bianca and Ms. Mya are exceptionally great teachers.

It has been a long journey...my daughter started here when she was 1 and 1/2 now shes 5. At the beginning, whenever we left her at school we were a little sad but this change very soon. Having the opportunity of watching her from home or work (watch me grow ) gave us a huge peace of mind.Every morning she is happy of going to school and to me that means a lot. All her teachers have been great and she has learned a lot. I would like to give KUDOS to the Kids R Kids staff, especially to Mrs.Sandra who has been there since the beginning and when necessary have always accommodate us . THANKS to all those great teachers who have help to make a difference in our daughters life.Thanks Mrs Yaveiny, Mrs Bianca, Mrs Yessenia and Ms Crystal , you guys are the Best.Unfortunately, this side of the story has to be said too...As parents , we feel that there is a lack of empathy , compassion and a complete detachment from the Owners.We really believed ( and we know that we are not the only parents) that they just see our Kids as a business ($$$).We saw so many good teachers leaving because of the treatment received .Professors who were committed to the teaching process and at the same time , to the development of great human beings.In almost 4 years, we saw a HUGE amount of incredible teachers leaving.Leaving because of the lack of motivation and appreciation. During that period of time and because of the turn over, my daughter had more than 12 teachers .Imaging how confussing for them...In general, Kids are Kids (Landstar)have the potential of been a great school but some changes needs to be done.Teaching others is a Blessing , something that comes from your heart..

Worst Day care ever! Do not put your kids in here. The staff does not take responsibility for any of their actions. They make an excuse for everything. My son was here for only 3 days. The owner was never available. When I finally talked to her, she was full of excuses not helpful at all. My account was randomly charge, causing me to overdraft my self. My husband picked our son on the third day of him being there, and they send him to 3 different classrooms and he was not there. Meaning these people had no idea where he was. Because he was new so anyone could have taken my kid and they wouldnt know! The owners answer was, he was there! I lost 250.00 for nothing!

We love this place. My son is 3 and he was in a small private daycare before we moved to Florida and has been with KRK since June. He loves it at KRK and he is learning so much. I love that he gets homework every week. The staff has been great and very friendly.I love the fact that I can monitor Baba anytime during the day via my smart phone. Security is a great deal with me and KRK has proven to have it. Id recommend KRK to anyone looking for a reputable child care/Learning Academy. Thank you to all the great ladies and especially to Ms. Crystal and Ms. Jamayda. You guys are great.

Since the very first day I put a step in Kids R Kids, I knew this was best place to take my little one. I went around looking for daycares before he was born, and definitively this is the best daycare in the area. The teachers are amazing as well as the staff, they give you every detail of what your baby did though the day. Liam knows everyone and I love to see his happy face every time I take him to daycare. The place is extremely clean, all toys sanitazed every day, which daycare dont do this. I love the fact that I can watch my baby on WatchMeGrow all day, thats the only thing that keeps me happy through the day without my gordo; what else can you ask for??? You guys are the best!!!! Thank you so much for everything you do :)

I found Kids r Kids driving by the hunters creek area one day, I must admit that this has to be one of the best daycares I have ever walked in to. I always feel secure leaving my child. Plus you have all these amazing additional amenities included in your tuition. MY favorite is that I can view my child at anytime on the app on my phone. The teachers are amazing and always have great communication with the parents and never leave you with questions. The faculty is very detailed and listens to your every need. I adore the fact that I never have to repeat myself and they are aware of all concerns that I have. Another situation that makes me super comfortable is that the owners also know the parents by name, and have great awareness of what goes on in the school. I feel so blessed to have found Kids R Kids Landstar. They meet my every need as a parent. They allow me to go to work and not have to worry about anything. Plus they have a boo boo room to meet any medical needs my child may need. Im very pleased with this. Cant wait for Summer Camp to start thats when the fun really begins. My children always have amazing stories coming home. IM excited to see the continual progress and amazing things happening at Kids R Kids

Hello my name is Daniel Rojas, i had my son for 2 consecutive weeks in this learning academy, i was paying $180.00 full time which is not bad!, but here comes the awful part, in this place a child cant get sick, why? because even if your child gets sick and you, the parent cant take it to the daycare for more than 2 days, guess what you are still going to get charge, isnt that amazing so we as a parent have to go thru so much things when our childrens get sick, like missing work!!! or medical bills!!, but for them it doesnt matter you still have to pay half of the amount so in this case was $90.00, and if your going to be out of town you have to give a 2 week notice for a release form, because if you dont, they are going to charge half of the amount again!!! so you do the release form and than you have to do registration again which is $50.00 again!!, so just giving you head ups here!!!

I would like to bring to attention that miss Michelle foley,miss Milagros Maderas ,miss Sandra aponte. Do to there advice has had created a positive affected on my son goivannis behavior improve on my son education. Moving him to the jr class over the summer has be a big improvement in his behavior and learning skills I truly happy with your daycare and what to thank your staff and I would recommend kids r kids to any parent who needs a good daycare /learning academy

Terrible experience in this place. My 2 years old son was bitten 3 times in his first week.. And the staff only said we apologize but they didnt do anything about it.

It is the worst place you can take your children.There is no one who is aware of the children, they are alone and the staff does not know anything about their daily schedule or their diet.My daughter cries every morning and asks that you please not leave her there.My daughter cannot drink cows milk, the teacher, the director and the kitchen manager know about her allergy because they have a medical form in which the doctor put it in writing. In the cafeteria the person in charge forced her to drink it and now she has diarrhea because of her poor care.Today when I picked her up at the end of her day she was with her dirty clothes because she could not go to the bathroom, the worst thing is that no one said anything, nor called to report, nor did she change her clothes that they require to be taken at the time of registration.Do not abandon your children in that place, they do not deserve to experience the abandonment of the staff and their teachers.It is the worst place you can leave your children.There is no one who is aware of the children, they are alone and the staff does not know anything about their daily schedule or their diet.My daughter cries every morning and asks me to please do not leave her there.My daughter can not drink cows milk, the teacher, the director and the kitchen manager know about their allergy, because they have (the school) a medical prescription that leads to the registration.
