Amazing experience, we will definitely be back. Both chefs were great. They made it fun for everyone. We loved being able to cook together new recipes. The food was delicious πŸ˜‹ this is a must try guys you wont be disappointed.

Excellent experience as always! The food and wine pairings are terrific. They give you the menus with all the ingredients to recreate at home. Weve been many times and each visit is as good as the last.

New Orleans Brunch was a hit !!! We really enjoyed this cooking demonstration and the chefs today were great! The food was amazing and the bottomless mimosas were superb. We will be back for sure !

I think next time it’s better to do it online. If you think you are going there to cook anything , you are wrong, you just see and ask questions, and then eat what they prepare. So it’s more a β€œdemo class” with some β€œ cut some onions” or place that in the oven task. They should explain that before you go. At least the chefs were nice and fun.

I went here for a Mom and me cooking class and it was really fun! The staff is super friendly - we instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. I love the large kitchen with plenty of space - they maintain it very clean. The class was well run and organized. Chef Andrea has a great personality and kept the fun class and I learned several new things. It was a lovely experience and we cant wait to go back!

This was my first time trying Publix Aprons and Im definitely glad I did! Our experience from beginning to end was a very positive one. Chef Trent and chef Emily (actually chef Melissa, inside joke here), were both very engaging and explained everything in great detail and passion.For the food, we opted to go with both experiences; the VIP tasting ($20/person) and the main course ($25/person) both paired with wines. I definitely liked the first option best, as the 4 small appetizers and wine, made us pretty full and content.My personal favorites have to be tbe outstanding pork belly and the duck wonton taco roll. Both exceptionally well prepared, fresh and perfectly seasoned. Neither of us in our party of 5 liked the lamb Marsala cold spring roll. It was pretty dry, and not really good.The two main courses were pretty good, but we were so full at that point that we took most of them to go. The wines, dont have high expectations. They were average at best, with mostly cheap/low brands. Nonetheless, this qas an awesome dinning culinary experience that I would gladly take part of again!

My wife and I have been here a few times but tonight was by far the best experience. Chef Francisco and Chef Justin were awesome. Kept everyone involved and the food was delicious. It was a lot of fun. Thanks Chefs Francisco and Justin.

Enjoyed the food and beer pairing demonstration at the Aprons school last night. The food was delicious and we had the chance to try foods that were new to us. The chefs were fun and entertaining and I learned so much by just watching and listening to their demos. What a fun time we had!

I have learned so much since I started taking classes at A Chefs Cooking Studio! I love that there is variety in the classes, some are demos with discussion (including some that can be taken during a lunch hour!) and others are hands on. Andrea must have some great connections within the community because she frequently has some of the best chefs and pastry chefs from in and around Jacksonville teach classes. I also love that Chef Andrea and her team are always organized, professional, and always available to answer questions.

Our kids recently attended a cooking class. Chef Michael and Chef Adonte were both amazing with the kids and extremely knowledgeable. The boys even came home excited about food and cooked dinner the next night. I would highly recommend the classes to any parent.

25 of us celebrated a birthday here last night. I had no idea that Publix even offered such an endeavor and I did not think it would be fun... Boy was I surprised, our lead cook, Emily, was a hoot, the Imagery was outstanding, the food was good, and our party of 25 laughed and enjoyed the entire evening. My wife, daughter and I will attend again. Publix continues to surprise me and I would beg to say many Floridians...Go Tribe William & Mary Footbal [Apopka]
