Put my son in his class and the results are amazing. Well disciplined and great instructor to the poi t that I liked it so much I joined and so did my wife. So we now do it as a family and I look forward to it 5 days a week.

Just signed my son up and Im loving it so far. Chris is great with kids. So far Ive enjoyed watching the kids interact with each other, they all seem to get on well and made my son feel welcome. I really appreciate how Chris allowed my son to jump right in with the group for the free trial class - that made all the difference. So glad my son decided to enroll, I really want him to learn self defense.

I had my son taking classes for self defense then my daughter started taking the girls self defense a little later. Im 48 and have had some past injuries and very out of shape so I was very hesitant to try. Now I am taking classes too and they are helping me get back in shape! Everyone here is amazing and very nice! Not just the staff but the people training here as well, its a great environment and I highly reccomend!

Great school, great friends, great teachers, and it’s very organized. I highly recommend training over here, it’s the best gym in the world, the master(teacher) is a world champion and we won many competitions in 1st place. You can try out for 1 week free and we are a family, don’t be afraid to try it out. Again, I highly recommend this gym!

One of the best decisions I have ever made in my life was to join this gym. It’s not just a place where you can learn Jiu-Jitsu at a high level, it’s a place where you learn to be a better person and gain a second family.

I tried messaging the gym about drop ins and got an automated response saying a staff member would be in touch and despite that and me following up 2 times over 2 days I never heard from anyone. I found their price online but the schedule was too small to read.Maybe next time it will work out where I can drop in and afford it and then Ill update my review because Im really curious what Atos is like.

As a newcomer to jiu jitsu finding a gym can be very intimidating; Atos is the exact opposite. It is a very welcoming and friendly environment for both myself and my 10 year old son. Chris is a great instructor and very good with kids.

I visited 4 gyms while on vacation in Orlando next year it will only be 1.. ATOS!! Genuine, humble, professional instruction and incredible team atmosphere welcomed me and inspired me to keep working hard on my BJJ journey.Thank you.

I was traveling for business and luckily chose Atos Orlando to drop in to keep consistent with training while on my trip. Next to my own academy, this was one of the most welcoming I’ve ever experienced. The room was full of solid, good people. And the Jiu Jitsu was just the push I needed! Very amazing experience !Im a french purple belt and I have spent one week in Orlando for business.Before coming, I was looking for some academy of BJJ and I wanted to try 2 or 3...But after my first course at ATOSS, I didnt go anywhere else because they welcomled me so nice with respect an kidness.If you go to visit them...You will find a very good level and the true value of the bjj.The next time I will go there...Sure !
