Just came from Philly on vacation and decided to visit the academy. I was treated very well, and met some great people. The facility was clean and well kept to say the least. Id suggest anyone looking for a good gym with even better professors to come check it out! Have fun...

I’m always nervous going into any new environments but I’m So grateful for the hospitality I received here it felt like home they supplied a uniform and rash guard, I learned some amazing techniques and got some great rolls in I will be back

I went to Gracie Barra Orlando to visit as an out of town drop in, they were super nice and received me the best way possible. The main instructor was also kind enough to give me a roll and it was a nice tough round. Unfortunately I was not able to come back because I was on vacation and we had other activities already planned out.

Full of some of the best people in BJJ, every teacher is there for you 100%, teaching an excellent curriculum. Experienced or not you will learn great Jiu Jitsu from here.

The gym was absolutely outstanding! I was out of town and came in for a visit and can 100% say that my game got better from just training two times with them!! Great people, great instructors, if I was in town I’d be there every day!

Wow. Just wow. These guys are absolute killers. I was in town for work and dropped by. I was able to borrow a gi, welcomed on to the mat and got some great technique and rolls in. Highly recommended!

My twin daughters love to have classes in GBO because all of the staff are nice, professional and enthusiastic. My girls are teenagers and not very strong, but they quickly adapt to the trainings and find fun. I am happy to see they will persist happily in this activity.

Best Jiu Jitsu gym in Central Florida!! I recently joined and I can assure you that the coaches and professors are so welcoming, patient and kind! My sister has been training here for 3 years and she loves her team and staff members. GREAT environment for women to start training self-defense and learning the value of it. I was very intimidated about starting to practice BJJ but this school really makes you feel like family. The professors are attentive when you are learning a new technique & are active on giving you pointers to get better at it. I enjoy every second of it. If you are thinking about it, even if its your first time doing any martial arts, I would recommend giving this school a try, you wont regret it.

The owner owns the painting business next door and has those employees and family leave positive reviews as well. As soon as they receive a negative review, they push more fake 5 star reviews. You can see this after each review that isn’t 5-Star a few days later their is a big amount of 5 star reviews.Go through the 200+ reviews, multiple reviews by the manager Jerry and Coach Lennon (Gabriel). Multiple fake reviews referring to people who don’t work there. Multiple reviews by the Silva family members including the owners brother who runs his own business(personal training) out of the same location.It doesn’t take much to find the review boosting. “New accounts” same names.

I love the Gracie Barra gym. It’s an amazing family of people that are no matter where your at friends and Jui jitsu family welcomes you in. I traveled to Orlando on vacation with the family and decided to bring my GI with me. I was able to walk in and be welcomed by everyone as if I was a distant relative. The training with those guys made it feel like I was back home rolling with my guys. There truly is no better place to learn.

Jerry took the time to give me a 20 minute intro into what Gracie Barra is all about and some of the workouts I would encounter. From there Coach Brandon took over and assisted me with anything I needed during the class. He was super professional and his explanation of the moves, details and techniques were of professional standard. Immediately I could tell that he has plenty of experience in BJJ. He is super patient and a wealth of knowledge. So for anyone out there reading this and interested, please give it a shot. Unlike most gyms they share values which most gyms don’t. They focus on making sure you’re comfortable while training and also work with you one on one to make sure you’re improving and constantly learning. The people at the gym all feel like family and want to see everyone improve all pure hearted people and coaches.

I have 3 children in the kids classes and they are all loving class and learning so much! The coaches are professional and have a lot of experience in jiu jitsu. We go 4 days a week and it feels like we are going to hang out with friends and family, excellent vibe in this gym!

Gym is always very clean, everyone is super friendly and helpful when it comes to learning moves you’re confused on (even in the middle of sparing them), price may be expensive but with quality education on mixed martial arts comes price. Worth every penny.

I joined the Gracie Barra team a couple of weeks ago, I am very happy with my decision. The facility is amazing and the professors are the best! A really close knit group, ideal for those who want to improve their jj game, or for starters like me.

I’ve been with Gracie Barra in Orlando since 2005, they are like a second family. The new training facility has to be seen to be believed it is huge and state of the art. The instructors are all super knowledgeable and helpful. They offer classes at several convenient times and have a great workout area in addition to the Jiujitsu area. You have to go by and check it out.

Everyone is so welcoming, cant not wait to continue the classes! I have absolutely no experience in any training like this and they are very informative and helpful to ease you into the process. Looking forward to the new challenge and great experiences!

Great place, very good professionals teaching bjj classes, mma, boxe, etc.. huge mat, amazing restrooms (very clean and comfortable), parkway for a lot of cars and.. they have uniforms to borrow the visitors in case they don’t have, this is awesome..
