Excellent GYM. Great work out with flexible schedule and reasonable membership fee. Very friendly workout environment. Love it.

Amazing place that cares about you and your goals and willing to help motivate you. They rolled with the punches during covid 19 to go above and beyond to keep us safe and get back in our routine. Each instructor offers a wealth of knowledge and patience while keeping energy high and classes fun.

I came into CKO with no knowledge whatsoever regarding kickboxing. I really wanted to try my hand at it and am glad I chose CKO. I was worried about feeling out of place, but the environment and instructors were really great and welcoming. Youll see all sorts of people in class so if its your first time you wont have to worry because youll find a place there :)

I signed up for CKO for the 16 week boot camp, which was “fine”. I enjoyed the workout, but Mid way through the program COVID-19 interrupted everything. I lost my job and my only income source. I contacted CKO to inform and cancel my membership but CKO kickboxing didn’t provided me with any solutions, for the contrary I was turned away and told to contact some other incompetent company to cancel my membership with CKO. I sent the letter requested but CKO didn’t cancel my membership and they have been increasing the debt in this account. I will not recommend CKO to anyone because they charge members even when the members are not coming and have notified CKO of cancellation.have been charged over $400.00 for months I have not been able to attend for obvious reasons and CKO DENIED cancellation. Not only is money being poured down the drain but I am being forced to continue a program that should have been properly canceled.This has ruined my experience and although I have nothing to say negative about the gym or staff but, I would not step foot inside ever again. These are difficult times and the finance company is taking advantage!

They stoled my money 💰 , the charge me a lot, During the covic 19 and they said sent a letter for cancelation, I sent the letter I now they said we don’t get nothing , Really!!! So they charge me more money , please be careful with this company ,don’t sign that stupid contract , the don’t care if we have a pandemic 😷 emergency. PLEASE DON’T Trust on this company. BE Careful

I found CKO Kickboxing on Groupon and am so happy to have given it a shot! I was aprehensive and a little intimidated about trying out a kick boxing class but the staff made me feel so comfortable! The gentleman who mans the front desk warmly welcomed me, introduced me to basic moves as well as greets me by name each time. Each instructor has their own style but keep the classes challenging while also being patient in showing you the ropes when needeed. The gym is cleaned between each class and discounts are offered to healthcare workers, firefighters etc. I recommend this spot if you are looking for a refreshing way to get your work out in. Its a lot of fun!

I have just started going to kickboxing here and let me tell you that this is the best workout I have ever done. The instructors are amazing. If you are a beginner then you will fit right in. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because of the parking. There is a parking garage that you can park in and they will validate so you done have to pay the $10. The problem with that the garage is usually fully. Ive had to drive around for more than 25 min looking for parking. If you can get parking then I will definitely give this place 5 stars

I have gone to about 10 classes, with three different instructors, and I have nothing but great things to say. It is such a positive, fun environment and I’m laughing with my fellow members and the instructors all the time. I have never felt better and am already seeing results on my third week of participating. Each class is different, and each instructor’s routine as well, so it never gets boring. Thanks for helping me out of a rough patch, CKO. We’re friends for life!

Great customer service! Although Ive requested to put my membership on hold due to covid management was VERY accommodating, no hastle. I look forward to starting fitness journey back up with CKO soon.

Im down 13 lbs. in the first month of CKO!!! I am an addict now! You will notice your improved stamina and strength in no time. Dont let your age or physical limitations prevent you from joining this gym. The trainers and the owner Robert are great and provide modified exercises.

I signed up during the presale not even taking a class. Have to say, I am so glad I did because I ended up loving the classes. The owner really loves what he does and the instructors are all different yet amazing which keeps us on our toes. Class times are very convenient and the location is awesome. Much needed in Thornton Park!

For the past few years Ive struggled with weight and body fat. My co-workers and I got the Groupon just to find a venue to vent our frustrations but we ended up finding a lifestyle. I started the intermittent fast (which I understand is not for everyone but is working wonders for me). The point is that with a good diet plan and this amazing/awesome kickboxing classes, you will achieve your goals. I have lost about 10 lbs so far and counting. Love the energy and motivation you get daily! (the price is ridiculously low too)

I was skeptical at first but CKO Kickboxing will give you an amazing work out!! I love the trainers and how much of a workout you get in an hour. Class times are really convenient. Prices are also great :-)

I joined CKO Kickboxing the day they opened at the behest of my fiance who thought it would be a good way for me to improve my cardio regime (which consists of Ice Hockey once a week...and now CKO). What prompted me to write this review is the fact that I just got home from a workout and as i sit here typing my arms are shaking and I am exhausted in the best way! It is easily the most enjoyable workout I have ever done. The people are great, the workouts are tough but designed so anyone of any fitness level can participate, and the facilities are top notch. Definitely give this place a try. If you see a sweaty guy dragging butt in the corner thats me!

I joined CKO Thorton Park during the pre-sale. I just had a feeling that this was going to be a great place... and it not disappoint! If you are looking for a way to lose weight, tone your body, relieve stress, and have fun, try this place out. The trainers are all wonderful and motivating, you get a different workout each time. Come and give it a try… I think you will enjoy it just as much as I do!

Great full body workout for all fitness levels, the trainers really make you push yourself. Its an extremely welcoming environment and they have well-priced memberships.

So i had a contract with those guys, due to health reasons and per my doctor’s request I couldn’t physically continue with them. So i send the email to the manager with the doctor’s letter attached (on the same email he gave me and used to respond on my previous emails) and he claims he never received my email just to delay the termination of the contract one more day so that I get charged for this month AND next month as well!! Even though i did things the right way he still uses the contract to ‘legally’ scam me by delaying from his end one more day! Just a friendly reminder to myself to NEVER sign a contract again and if anyone wants to sign up with them think twice because they have ZERO respect. They have no shame whatsoever! #CKOKickboxing

This place is awesome! Everyone is encouraging, personable, and actually take the time to help/show you with any questions or concerns, as well as taking the time to get to know you as an individual. Wouldn’t change my kickboxing place!!!

I have been going for over a month and half and the staff is amazing! Down twi dress sizes before New Years was perfect! I am able to take out the anger on the bags and give myself for an hour or two with amazing trainers. I have worked Amon, Audrey, Nick, Trent and Robert and they all push me in different ways! This is a place to check out!

Great place for beginners who want an overall workout and a taste of kickboxing. Its a clean and cool environment. If youre looking for an MMA gym, checkout American Combat Club, ATT or the Jungle.
