I absolutely love this program for my son! Master Nelson is very down to earth and knows what he is doing! Not only is my son excited to come to class everyday but Im excited to see the progress he has made it such a short time. I love when I come to pick up my son the class is well-managed, the kids are focused and all the parents are happy. Should you decide to bring your child here you will be very impressed with their growth and their interaction with the other students. The good part about master Nelson he also teaches adults as well one of these days Im going to have to give one of those classes to try to!

My five year old daughter attends classes and will be attending summer camp. Master Nelson is great with her and all the kids in his program. I recommend his program to anyone looking for after school care or summer program that your child will more than just play.

This school is amazing. Nothing short of amazing! My son entered this school struggling with his left and right, with his self-esteem, his self-control and a whole host of other challenges. He was too bashful to even gihap! I wasnt sure if he would make it in among such amazing students. Needless to say he certainly knows his left and his right now. In just a few short months he has transformed into a confident student :) Now he is very vocal and takes everything he learns very seriously. One of the strategies they implement is allowing the students to teach one another, a concept I think is under-rated. Teaching is one of the highest forms of learning and it enables the students to master what they have learned and the group to accommodate all different experience levels. When my son started he wasnt lost and waffling behind all the other students because each of them had their impact on his training! My son not only knows 24 basic motions but can teach them to others. He isnt afraid to spar anymore. He looks forward to mastering the belt level forms! His physical strength and balance is developing too I cannot thank Master Nelson enough for working so hard to consistently teach not just the forms themselves but the spirit and the principles of the arts as well. I cannot wait to see the continued progress in all the students!

If youre looking to put a child in Taekwondo look no further! Master Nelson is the best of the best! He is fun, firm, and expects nothing but the best from the kids. He teaches courtesy, integrity, self control, and self confidence. No one leaves class without it. Super impressed!!!!

My niece recently enrolled in master Nelsons academy and shes flourished. Her confidence level has improved . His knowledge and experience cant be compared to any around,There are many clones, this guy is the real deal. He is also a veteran. Definitely would recommend!!!

I have a seven-year-old foster child who has anger issues and behavioral issues. Master Nelson has done wonders with him in the last three months. He just recently achieved yellow belt and is really looking forward to his orange belt. Mr. Nelson regularly works with kids with emotional disabilities, autism, and behavioral issues. I would highly recommend him for a child with problems or a child who is just interested in the martial arts. His prices are more than fair and there are no upsell‘s to make you pay more, and more, and more every month. The kids love him, the parents are happy with what they’re getting for their money. Learning authentic Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido, In Tae Kown Do, we practice various kinds of kicking, forms of each belt level, and sparring. In Hapkido, we learn defense techniques. I enjoy exercising there, its enough amount of workout.
