Started doing martial arts here for our boys- continued because of the quality of the instruction and practicality of the material. The material is relevant to real life scenarios , so I feel like my training has significance other than a good workout. Impressed by this place and those who train and work there. Highly recommend :)

Very attentive. Personal and accommodating with scheduling, physical limitations, etc. Excellent instructors for a wide range of ages (even pre-karate for 3-6 year olds). Very affordable pricing. Kids classes are created to be a fun and interactive learning experience with a focus on self confidence, discipline, and knowledge of self defense. Ive been attending OMMA classes since the beginning of 2017. The Senseis have made me feel like they really care about my success as a person and a martial artist. The experience and range of styles are teaching students how to handle a wide variety of situations which I find invaluable. The only commitment required is to yourself and/or your family.
