Seminole Highschool Marching band was here in Orlando at BOA this weekend when 2 of our trombones and one of our flutes were damaged following our show. Soell was able to fix our instruments better than new!! Thank goodness for Bandroom Orlando for being at this location to help our musicians carry on and make music. They were so happy to have their instruments fixed in working order. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service! Genesis was awesome, very nice and polite. She explained the instrument rental agreement clearly and answered all our questions. We rented a clarinet for our daughter for her band class. They sanitized the instruments throughly before renting them. Excellent place to take care of all your band instruments needs.

My experience here was great! They had a variety of stuff, and gave helpful information! I went there to repair an instrument and they were super nice, quick, and it was inexpensive! Thank you Band room!

My daughter and granddaughter came into this store and were met by a woman who told them in a not so friendly way that they couldn’t be in the store without wearing a mask. Which is no problem at all and they were more than happy to do so, however not one single employee was wearing a mask! And they had all the instruments hanging up so high no one can reach them. My granddaughter is in her school band, plays the flute, violin and ukulele and the treatment they got in this store should be a warning!

Awesome establishment, they have been there for decades. I rent my daughters clarinet for band class through them. She is also currently take piano lessons on site at the band room. The teacher has just been amazing with her. Thank you much!!!

Thanks to the reviews I seen they fix guitars 🎸 and yes thank goodness 😅 I seen this my daughter started home school and has this class and well we had a guitar but strings were broke 😮 I stopped in and they fixed it the same day very nice staff and the the gentleman that fixed the guitar 🎸 very nice I have another guitar that has missing pieces and all he said was order them and I’ll put on for fee!!!! To kind for words!!!! Thank you 🙏 I will be back soon!!!

Really made it easy to finance. No credit check and decent monthly payments. So nice and open to any question or concern we had. I will return possibly for another instrument. Would recommend this place to everyone!!

The staff at Band Room are very polite and took the time to sit with me and answer all of my questions. Their rent to own program is fabulous! I walked into the store and I was immediately greeted with a smile. There are many beautiful instruments adorning the walls. I love the ease of the entire transaction and how convenient is it that they will go to your childs school to drop off accessories or even pick up an instrument if it needs repair and return it directly to the school. They will even provide a loaner instrument if the one your child is using needs any repair! I highly recommend Band Room. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Show the man the weirdest instrument hes seen all year (a straight metal contrabass clarinet) and in two shakes of a lambs tail, hes figured out the two small adjustments that he needs to make and youre on your way. I am Impressed!

Horrible service! Called to find out if they had flip folder pages in stock and the girl had no idea what I was talking about. I explained and she put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold another 3 minutes so I called back and asked for Manager. I was told Manager was busy. I explained what happened and asked another girl who had answered if they had them in stock and she said she didn’t think so. I asked her if she could check their inventory and she said she’d try. What? Try? All 3 girls I came in contact with over the phone were clueless and didn’t seem to care. Go to SAM ASH you will get top rated service and all employees are knowledgeable.

Dropped off a flute for repair and was given incorrect completion dates twice(9/13-24/18). I finally gave up and asked for a refund. Additionally, after taking the flute to another repair shop, I was informed that the repairs the band room intended to perform were “only a temporary fix”. I was able to purchase a flute of equal quality for ten dollars cheaper at Sam Ash. Shop around before setting on this place. The staff was friendly though.

Just stopped in because my sons trumpet had a stuck/jammed mouthpiece. It was my first time visiting this store and I have to say that Ricky/teams service was fantastic. I appreciate the advice and feedback. From now on, I will make this my go to music store.

My friend uses the valve oil from here to grease his tuba. He is very satisfied with the product and enjoys it. Hes swore to never buy valve oil from anywhere else until his last days.

My daughter practiced there when she was in middle school. Now her daughter is practicing piano with an awesome teacher. So worth the drive from polk county!!

I needed a flute for my band class and the staff was so unprofessional. They had no clue what they were talking about whatsoever! Sam Ash is the place to go.

Im renting a trumpet for my son 29 dang dollars every dang month and if u pay late they charge u 10 dollars

Previously a good experience here ruined by them not being open on a Friday afternoon when their listed hours posted on the building stated they would be open for 3 more hours. No explanation anywhere explaining why they were closed. 2 hour round trip plus $10 in tolls wasted. Sorry but they are fired for this one.
