I failed my first NCLEX try in January, so I took the NCLEX Review Course at Miller’s College of Nursing, it helped me to fill the gaps and get updated (because I graduated from the BSN program outside the U.S.A 4 years ago). I did my second a couple of days ago and finished my exam in 2 hours which stopped at 60 questions. I did the trick around 3 hours after I received the email to check if Id passed and πŸŽ‰yesterday Dr. Miller personally called me to give me my RN-license number!!!!!!! Her course was definitely a blessing and the base of my success.

The first day that I was in her class, I automatically knew I was meant to be there. When she spoke it gave me chills and made me emotional. She’s not there just to present information to you, she is there to teach you, to make sure you understand how and why, and to help you transform into the best nurse that you can be. She not only helped me prepare for my NCLEX-PN, but she helped me turn a chapter in my life that was well over due and gave me the confidence I needed! Needless to say I passed my exam cutting off at 85 questions. I recommend her to any and everyone that I know that is getting ready to take an exam or needs to retake the exam. I will definitely be visiting her again when I’m ready to take my NCLEX-RN.

I passed my PN NCLEX thanks to God and Dr. Miller. The review was awesome. Not only she prepared us for the NCLEX, she also prepared us for the real world. The class wasn’t boring at all because Dr. Miller make it so easy to follow and understand with mnemonics, Especially with the medications, because of Dr. Miller I can tell you all the potassium sparing medications, all TB medications and what they do without looking, I know all the side effects of left and right side heart failure without memorizing a long list and so much more. Things that was hard to remember in nursing school, Dr. Miller make sure we remember them and you will hear her say β€œdata dump when you go home β€œ a lot, trust me listen to her because she is the truth. Thank you so much Dr. Miller.

My journey on becoming a Registered Nurse was not a clear and smooth path. I first started my RN studies at a local school that failed to see the characteristics of a professional nurse in me and closed the doors in my face. I became very disappointed and felt like giving up on becoming a RN, when I was introduced to Dr. Telva Miller. I met Dr.Miller and was very apprehensive at first because of my prior experience. Dr. Miller encouraged me and I trusted her.The Lord does not make mistakes. Throughout my studies at Millers College of Nursing. I had the opportunity to gain first hand experience in the ER, OR, Pediatrics, L&D, Mental Health, Public Health, Radiology, Leadership & management. No area went unturned under Dr. Miller constituency. After successfully completing the course and attending my final practicum at Osceola Regional Hospital, there were no doubt that I was ready for the workforce. I was placed in PCU for approximately 8 weeks, where I functioned independently for 7 weeks, and left with a job offer.I completed my NCLEX review with Dr. Miller, shortly thereafter and sat for the NCLEX exam on the first available date and PASSED.Dr. Miller is an excellent educator. It was as if she wrote the NCLEX exam. I had 256 questions and was very well prepared. I never felt lost or not knowledgeable about the content. Thank you Dr. Miller for believing in me.

Before enrolling my mother into Miller, she attended Brilliant Academy Health Center’s program, but the director ripped us off! In the beginning, the program was supposed to be scheduled for 6 weeks, but was reduced to 4 weeks after my mother attended only 5 sessions. The cost of the course is $1800.00. Due to the lack of communication, disorganization, and lack of resources available to mother, I decided to request a full refund from Brilliant Academy health Center and enroll my mother into Millers College of Nursing Refresher course. My mother completed Millers College of Nursing’s remediation/refresher and with Mrs. Miller help she was able to pass the Nclex! The remediation/refresher course consists of 10 classroom sessions and 8 clinical days in a hospital setting. Both components provide the opportunity to enhance and refresh nursing knowledge regarding labs, medications, a review of various diseases and to ask questions. The clinical setting provides the hands-on experience to those who have not practiced over an extended period of time and wish to return to the nursing profession. I strongly believe that the clinical component is one of the main reasons why my mother succeeded on the Nclex.

Wrong policies of refund. I scheduled to take NCLEX review for Nov but I was pregnant with medical issue. I called to request a refund and the lady told that they can put the money on hold until Im ready even she told me to scheduled of March 2. I was in labor at that time and later my baby was hospitalized for a long time. Now , I called to ask for refund or to take the review and they told me that is too late. They dont want to give my money back or take the class having the supporting docs
