I had great customer service via CHAT with Bridgitte. She answered my questions and was very professional.

My son is taking a drivers learning permit class. we had to make a call to the administration due to a fressze put on his account because of too many quiz attempts. my understanding when i signed my son up for this course the attempts to take quizes were unlimited. the fact that i had to spend 45 minutes trying to get his account unlocked was extremely irritating. after waiting on hold for 39 minutes for a customer service person i hung up due no answer. i then used the live chat thru their website. my agent was Bridgett. She did a great job. she asked a few questions and was able to unlock his account within a few minutes. thank you for all your help Bridgett. the only reason i am giving this a positive review is because of Bridgett and her helpfulness.

Had a license-suspension-scare from entering the wrong ticket number. Chat Support was amazing and quick! Was able to avoid a HUGE hassle thanks to them. I wish I could remember the name of the Agent who assisted me, because she was great! Im just horrible with names.

Daughter is only a little bit through the on-line course and was stuck on a page. We were quite frustrated with the wait time when we tried calling, then finally get in touch with someone that advised the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hrs, we gave it a week and still not resolved. We found the chat feature and was able to text with Aundrea who resolved the issue in like one minute! She was also very polite and also advised that when the course gets frozen on the electronic signature screen, she can erase her name and refresh and it should fix the issue. So there’s a tip if anyone else has the issue, and don’t call and wait over 30 min to talk with someone... use the chat feature if you need help....hope you get Aundrea!

My girlfriend was logged out her account for answering questions wrong on her quiz. she called so many times and was put on hold for about 20mins each time. She eventually tried their live chat were she was connected with someone right away! Bridgitte the tech who helped her was wonderful and truly helpful! so if you are having the same problem my girlfriend was just go straight to live support!
