If youre looking for a daycare/school for your child, this is the place. We toured NUMEROUS schools, but this one by far was the best. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the lovely front desk administrator along with the Director, Mrs. Walls. She even did the personal tour for us. Everything during the tour gave me a sense of relief, being that this is my first child and his first time in school. Not only is the entire staff very friendly and helpful, they make sure that the kids are the top priority and feel safe. My son loves coming to school. I was afraid that he would have trouble adjusting after being home with me for a year, but after day one, he was excited to go back. Hes currently in the Infant B class and I have already noticed a major change in him. Hes naturally a friendly kid, but since starting here, he has totally blossomed more. Hes more engaging, made friends quickly, and loves his teachers, especially Ms. LaShondra and Ms. Jada. They are so patient, nurturing, and makes learning fun. He even comes home and practices the things hes learned at school. I love the consistent communication the school provides along with access to cameras to watch him in class. There are always themed events to keep the children and staff engaged. If youre looking for a clean facility with a welcoming and nurturing staff, this is the place. Its hard leaving your child with a stranger but I can honestly say that Im glad we chose this school.

Ivy Kids is a wonderful place. The staff are all so professional and sweet. My son has come here since he was in Infant A class at 6 months. My son is now 17 months old and loves it. My son will continue with Ivy Kids until he is old enough for Kindergarden. I truly recommend Ivy Kids Learning Center to any parent interested in placing their child into a great learning center, and in good care.

My daughter went to Ivy Kids Pearland every summer for 5 years. She absolutely LOVED the program!! She absolutely adored Ms.Mel and would circle items on the monthly menu that she was looking forward to eating. Among her favorites were Tamara, Dominique, Kristan and Israel. Her absolute fan favorites were Jonathan and Beth❤️ Now my child can be extra and at times dramatic and these teachers made her summers remarkable. Mrs. Walls always had a kind word and some small gesture that made Aaryn’s day. I remember once Mrs.Walls gave Aaryn a gift card from some contest the school had- And Aaryn had a disappointing day at school- and she used her gift card for ice cream and those tears turned to a smile. It’s the little things that go a very long way. Aaryn is now 14 but returns every October for the fall festival.I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my child.

My 4 year old daughter started at Ivy Kids Pearland back in May. She attends 3 days a week and loves it! She gets so excited to come home and show me all of the yoda (Yoga) poses that shes learned and knows all her months of the year. Last night she actually read her first word all by herself! Thank you Ms. Kayla and Ivy Kids for helping my daughter thrive!

My children have been attending Ivy Kids for 9 years. I would not want them to be anywhere else. Ms. Walls (the director) is amazing. She and her staff are exceptional with the children. The atmosphere is always professional. And the lesson plans gets children prepared for life long learning.

I really appreciate Ivy Kids! The administrative staff are super friendly and always communicate with the parents any upcoming event dates. My sons teachers, Mrs Huff and Ms. Tamara, are excellent! They are patient, and classroom is ran well. My son has improved with reading literacy and comprehension, and counting in increments. He loves going to school and always talks about how good lunch was (kitchen on site!) I am certain he will be ready to tackle kindergarten! Thank yall for all you do!

The staff is professional and provide answers to questions. I would like to see them adjust the food menu to more kid friendly meals. But I love that the food is fresh.

If you trying to decide which childcare to enroll your child into, then let me ease your worries by telling you about ivy kids early learning center and what helped me decide to put my first born there. I checked out at least 10 day care in the area when I was pregnant, but when I walked into ivy kids it just felt right. I registered with them instantly. Now that my daughter attends it, I can truly say I made a perfect decision. Ivy kids offer safe, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating environment for my baby. She has started to excel in emotional, social, and cognitive intelligence. The center provides clean and warm atmosphere. Most importantly, everyone there works very hard to maintain centers values and keep all the promises. All the staff there from the director, the receptionists, to all the teachers are AWESOME! Special thanks to the teachers in infant room A; especially, hats off to ms. Mary. She provides the feeling, home away from home.

Much better child care center than our previous. Both my 14 month and my 9 year old enjoy attending.

I witnessed the driver of the bus texting and driving this afternoon. I called to notify the center and they asked for a description of the driver. I told them it would be easier for me to read the license plate to which the office staff member laughed and said that a license plate would number would not help her. I was confused by that as the office staff should be aware of who is driving what vehicle and further more concerned whether or not the proper staff member would be reprimanded. You hear about accidents caused by distracted drivers all the time but you cannot be reckless when you are transporting other people’s children.

My daughter had a rocky start here. The school is very advanced and I honestly didnt think my daughter would be able to catch up. Her previous daycare was horrible so I figured with the amount of money you spend here, everything would be in order. Well my daughter is doing AMAZING. She just turned 4 years old and wants to read with her brother who is currently in middle school. Her teacher is stern but she is consistent and believes that her students are capable of greatness. She pushes them to excellence by showing them that they CAN read and write. My daughter wrote her name on an envelope and begged me to let her teacher Ms. Tabitha see it. The progress Ive witnessed is so exciting. I will say the price is a bit much and I would like to see more done with the money such as more activities for the kids and/or events with the parents. The Father and daughter dance was beautiful but I would love to see more things done. I will also admit that some of the front staff members are not very welcoming but let me assure you that the teachers do amazing things in those classrooms. Ms. Tabitha and Ms. Shavante are wonderful and I wish I could repay them personally for all that they have done for my daughter. She loves them. Good luck in your decision making.

My son is 3 years old he started at Ivy kids in August when he started he was barely talking because he had to have tubes in is ears. My son could not identify his alphabets. Now my son is naming all continents, spelling his name, naming the plantets, and the civil rights leaders. I am in awe of the progress he has made in this short amount of time. Ms. Linda is so amazing and my son adores her.

Ivy Kids Pearland has been amazing for my son. Our favorite teacher was Ms. Linda in the Pre-School B room! He learned so much from her and she always made me feel like she truly loved my son and cared about his growth both academically and socially.

My daughter has been attending Ivy Kids for 4 years and I absolutely love it (she started at 3 yrs old and now goes to before school care)! My baby has learned so much and amazes me everyday with her extensive vocabulary. Ivy Kids has done a wonderful with keep parents abreast with any and all pertinent information regarding our kiddos as well as them (staff) being a joy to see everyday. All of the staff is amazing!

I have a great deal of experience with this daycare. I think mainly because I can see the teachers love for kids especially Ms. Lashonda in Infant B room. She has the enthusiasm and passion for kids. Working with toddlers all day takes a huge measure of patience and I see that in her. Also, what I love about this teacher the most is she always communicates with me regarding my sons skills, needs and the highlights of his day.

Ivy Kids has been a pleasant surprise for our family! The facility is always clean and the staff are very friendly.

Our daughter atttends Ivy Kids and we could not be happier with how she has grown by attending this school. The teachers are incredible - they show their full dedication and passion for each child every day. We feel very comfortable that our daughter is well prepared to begin kindergarten next year.

My son started this daycare about 2 months ago and he enjoys it here. The teachers and staff are generally nice and I have not had any issues thus far!! My son loved his teachers Ms.Shante and Ms. Elba and grew a special bond with them. They are amazing with the kids and possess all the qualities a great teacher should have.I felt comfortable dropping him off here.

I took my son to the new Ivy Kids on Richmond TX for convenience due to it being on my way to work. Big mistake, the staff is super cold to the children. Not at all genuine. I had seen some things I was not happy about but I thought maybe is because is a new school and he had not adjusted but that was not it. The last straw came when he got sick with the flu and did not attend for an a week. The front desk girl Christie calls me to tell me we were late on the payment and we needed to pay. I told her if you notice my son has not been there for a week but no one in your center has asked for his well being. I called the director and she called me two days later to leave me a message saying we needed to pay the week. We have never had issues paying however their urgency for money made me realize my son is only a number not a human. keep in mind he is only three. He is in a much better daycare now.

Everyone from the front staff to the teachers are amazing! they treat my son like he is their own.. could not have asked for better care for my son. thank you Ivy Kids!

This preschool center is not at all what I expected it to be. Its better than what I was looking for and has excelled in meeting all the expectations I had upon my search for a prekindergarten program. During my search for a program I was looking for an academically challenging program which focuses on early intervention and they do. I was very impressed!! They have a customized curriculum that help advance kids into Kindergarten but to me they can go straight into 1st grade. The lesson are focused on the stateTECs and the kids have at home activities for you to follow up at home with what is learned at school. It takes a village to raise a child. My daughters 1st week of school the head teacher was out for a couple of days and come to find out she was in training for the enrichment program to transition the kids into kindergarten. The class sizes are perfect and the staff is amazing. This reflects great leadership, which means the director has to be amazing and she is. Thank you Ivy Kids.

My wife and I have been so please with the service that weve received in the infant room. Our daughter has been treated so well, everyday we pick her up shes changed and feed. We can tell that she has been loved, and taken care of by the ladies in the infannt room. Weve also noticed that our daughters development skills are really advanced for her age, and we know thats because of the attention that she is getting the the infant room. Again my wife and I cannot say enough about Mrs. Ylonda, Mrs. Brenda, and Mrs. Mary we really love these ladies. We highly recommended this daycare center for anyone who is looking for some amazing people to take care of their children.

My two daughters (ages 8 & 4) have attended Ivy Kids Pearland for almost 3 years. I was so happy when I finally stopped in to check out the Center. Ive been amazed at everything my children have learned since theyve been at Ivy Kids. Mrs. Irvin-Freeman is loved and adored by the children and my daughter wont leave until she gets a hug from her. My 4 year old is learning to add, count money and so many other things in Mrs. Irvin-Freemans class. Im excited for what her last year at Ivy Kids has in store for her! I enjoy the fact that I can check the cameras to watch them whenever I want to. My 8 year old loves Ms. Kristan, the after school teacher. Shes always a joy to see in the evening and I know she looks out for my daughter. She helps with her homework and checks it when shes done. I really enjoy Ivy Kids and would recommend the Center to others!

Ivy Kids is an amazing childcare center! My daughter started at Ivy Kids at the age of 2 and my son has been there since he was 4 months old. I cant say enough positive things about this school. The teachers are loving and dote on the kids as if they were there own. We switched to Ivy Kids from another daycare primarily because of the superior curriculum. The school has a firm focus on Kindergarten readiness. The children are learning to write their names and identify and write the letters of the alphabet as early as age 2. By the time your child finishes Pre-k they will have learned how to tell time on an analog clock, add, subtract, and read among a host of other skills. My daughter was reading proficiently by the time she turned 4. So, by the time she hit kindergarten she was already reading on a first grade level. This was all thanks to her teacher who we love, love, love! They also teach the kids Spanish, science, and have a designated library time. All of the teachers are trained and professional. Another thing that I love is that the administrative staff address all concerns of parents in a timely, efficient, and appropriate manner. I am actually very sad that my last child is about to enter Elementary school because the staff at Ivy Kids have become like family members and I will miss them so much. I highly recommend Ivy Kids with no reservations whatsoever.

This place is great. They keep the place really clean and it smells clean at the door. Mrs. Huff is great. She really works with the kids and is very stern about discipline.

My son started Ivy Kids when he was a little over 2 years old and he was in Ms. Wandas toddler classroom. He absolutely loved her. She was so nurturing to him throughout his new adventure at a daycare. At the beginning, my son would cry when I would leave him, but not long before he was asking to go to school to be with Ms. Wanda. I attribute his early potty training to her and not sure how I would have done it without her. Even now that my son has been out of her class for 2 years, he still runs up to give her a hug when he sees her. A childs reaction doesnt lie.- Dana Cox

Finding the right place to send my kids has always been a very difficult decision. I ask a lot of questions and I dont always present my most pleasant demeanor. I blame it on the anxiety of making the right choice. My kids are Ivy Kidders and Im glad I made the choice to send them there. Every encounter has not always been perfect, but i appreciate the continuous willingness to communicate from all of the staff. Thank you Ms. Tabatha for taming my silly boy and Ms. Law for your positive and inspirational teaching style.Ivy Mom!

Our son has attended for over 1 1/2 years. Teachers are great and staff is friendly. I would recommend the daycare to friends and family members.

I placed my little girl in Ivy Kids at Pearland at the age of 3 months. As an anxious first time mom I was soo nervous but it has been the greatest experience for me. She is in Infant room A and they have worked with all my worries. Ms. Mary has such a caring hand and I have watched my child crawl all over her during story and floor time. Ms. Yolanda always keeps me up to date with whats happening on a day to day basis. And Ms. Brenda and Ms. Krystal keep up with a my rambunctious child and are able to console her on the fussiest of days. I enjoy all of the activities that they do with the small ones and the class is ALWAYS clean! My child is only 9 months and has been crawling for two months and cruising for one month! As a whole I am a happy parent and cant wait to see how she advances!

They are great to our son! Also use watch me grow so we can always view whats going on while he is there!

The daycare has met all my expectations and more. My son Kayden who is in the Toddler 2A class has learned so much and has only been there for 5 months. Having my son at Ivy Kids has been one of the best decisions for him thus far.

I really just want to write a short paragraph about this school performance but I have to write this long paragraph for those parents looking for a great daycare for your LO. You are looking in the wrong place. This place yes is very clean the teachers are some what ok as far as teachers. But the director of this school is very very unprofessional (Ivy kids Pearland). She puts on this show like she has it covered but she has no clue on how to take care of kids of all sorts. You are able to see your child while you are at work and while watching everything looks perfect but this school does not know how to treat children with special needs at all. If your child have any special needs issue dont come here. They will discriminate and treat your child horribly. My LO was treated so badly and wrong it was disgusted. One of the teachers pulled me aside and told me she used to say nasty things to my 2 year old when she couldnt even defend herself. So sad. I would not put my child in this school if it was the last school on the planet. All children matter.

My kids have been enrolled in Ivy Kids (Pearland) for the past 7 years. They were well cared for in the infant/toddler rooms, loved and nurtured in the pre-k rooms, and have had a blast in the after-school/summer programs. They both have excelled at school because of the strong foundation and love of learning that was started at a young age because of the Ivy Kids staff.

We enrolled our girls at Ivy Kids in August 2016. It was the change our girls needed. We needed a facility that could accommodate twins being in separate rooms; not only could they accommodate it but the daycare preferred it that way. Ms. Tabatha, Ms. Shavante, Ms Cassidy and Ms Krystal are wonderful with our girls and they help ease this mommys stress every day. The entire staff have been wonderful to us and they seem to genuinely care about the kids and following the guidelines that daycares are required to follow.

I was researching this daycare. Check the state inspection site. There are some horrendous citations.

My son has gone to Ivy Kids Pearland since he was 6 months old. He is now 5 and in Pre-K. I am extremely pleased with his knowledge, manners, his attitude, his eagerness to learn and his overall wellbeing. All of the teachers in every class have been great! The Director, Mrs. Walls is very professional and keeps the school running smoothly. Ms. Tabitha was the most influential teacher for my son. I recommend IK to all of my family, friends and neighbors!! We love it!

Its been almost a year since we paid a deposit for our son to be enrolled and yet to get a call back. They told us we would be getting a call in the fall, but NEVER heard from them. I called questioning this just to hear that its non-refundable. I feel its very unprofessional, could have at least called to tell us something.The facility is nice and they appear to teach the children but I feel management is horrible in regards to taking a $100 deposit with no intention of calling or refunding.

This is the worst daycare we have ever been to. My son had a swollen black eye and a cut on his tongue. Both separate accidents on 2 consecutive days. It was terrible and the assistant manager said well accidents do happen. They could care less and made it seem like he did it to his self. They said he fell both days in a row on the playround. I found his shoes totally untighed and on the wrong feet when I picked him up. The second day the teacher didnt even act like she cared. I was pissed. He has been to 2 other daycares in Pearland since and never once had any issues or been hurt. Ivy kids sucks!

My son has been here for almost a year now and he has learned more than I couldve ever expected from a daycare. Im 100% satisfied and thankful I found such a great daycare for him.

My child loves it here, she has learned so much since starting IVY. I want to pull her out to find a preschool closer to home but Im scared she will not get the same education. They have exceeded out expectations!
