Our son has been going to this school for about 3 months now. My husband and I love this school and the teachers, they are good hearted, friendly and amazing! Our son seems to enjoy his time there at Kids R Kids Shadow Creek. Our son told us that he loves his teachers and his teachers are nice. The school is very clean, we can see the different in our son going to Kids R Kids Shadow Creek versus previous daycare, he is constantly sick from previous daycare due to small space. The staff are also nice, they make you feel comfortable. Kids R Kids Shadow Creek are under a new management and the owner is doing an amazing job. She works with the teachers and address all parent’s concern and make sure they have been taken care of. Thank you Kids R Kids Shadow Creek!

Mrs. Cynthia has been a wonderful addition to the KRK family. She has made some amazing changes to the facility. Moreover, I cannot brag enough about my daughter’s teachers (suite 250). That suite is always organized, and they really clean their classroom. My daughter has never come home in a different set of clothes (from spills, etc.), rarely gets sick, has NEVER had diaper rash, and has never had her belongings lost. All the teachers in suite 250 love my kiddo as their own. I am going to be devastated when it is time for her to transition. I do worry a bit with the ratio numbers in other suites, especially during breaks etc. which is why I gave 4 stars. The ratios really worry me and it affects the care of the children in other suites, and it makes the teacher’s jobs extremely difficult. However, the teachers do not control the ratio of children in their suite. Other than that, Mrs. Joy, Mrs. Cynthia, Samantha, and suite 250 teachers are amazing. Love them to pieces!

We absolutely love this daycare! Our daughter has done so well here. Her language skills have improved so much and she is learning something new everyday. When I pick her up, she is happy as can be. Thank you Kids R Kids Learning Academy of Shadow Creek Ranch for loving and teaching our daughter.

We have had a great great experience with Kids r Kids Shadow Creek Ranch. My 3.5 year old has been going here a little over 6 months and she loves it! I am a nurse and they have been flexible with the part time 3 day a week coverage that I need. I am able to bring her different days if needed. She has gained knowledge of the alphabet and numbers and enjoys going to “school”. Her teachers have been amazing and I know they care for her. She even wants to play pretend that she is at school when she’s home.

I have a beautiful little Daughter that is over a year old. When she was four months, we a lot of hesitation to put her in daycare. After looking and seeing a few locations, we picked this one due to the lovely people who work here. We talked to them and they patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. I was so happy with the way they gave her attention and every other kid. She has been going there for almost a year and loves it. They have a good curriculum and food and everyone is super accommodating and nice. We highly recommend going here.

Very disappointing experience with the teachers as well as the office staff. Several inconsistent stories about the things that happen in class, especially when the kids are hurt. Teachers are constantly leaving or changing from class to class, so the children have a much harder time to adjust. I had two kids, but pulled one out thinking it was just my child, but now, I am pulling out the second one. We have been coming here for a total of 4 months, yet both of my kiddos, who usually like school and like socializing, absolutely hate it and just could not bind with their teachers. I dont see an effort on the teachers to eve try to build relationships with their students. Getting them ready for Kids R Kids was a battle everyday, and they would cry like we are throwing them to the wolves. I should have realized something was just not right when the first one adjusted very well to a different school. Honestly, I feel like I cant even trust them to watch my child.

My son got a new teacher named Mrs. Alex. We hope she stays with his class. Mrs. Latisha, Mrs. Fauzia, Mrs. Alex, Samantha, and the front crew are awesome! Despite a rough patch, these individuals have made us feel great about this daycare.

Our son began attending Kids R Kids Shadow Creek Ranch when he was 12 weeks old and we have had an incredible experience! As a new mom, I had many worries, and was set completely at ease by Ms. Christi in the infant suite. Not only did she work with me to best meet my babys needs, but she created a bond with him that is indescribable! The love she has shown to my son has been amazing and I have seen that replicated again and again in all the teachers he has come into contact with. When he moved up to the next room, Ms. Lea took over Tres care and again, she worked with me to meet all of his needs. My husband and I have watched in AWE as our son has met developmental milestones in Leas class. He just started walking and she and the other teachers have encouraged him every step of the way! Helen, the owner, and Ms. Lajenna, the director, have been incredible leads at the daycare - they too, have worked with us to make sure our son is taken care of and that we are happy. They are amazing! Special thanks yous to all the amazing teachers our son fell in love with, you know who you are.

The Director is unprofessional and rude. She picks and chooses which parent she greets when they walk through the door. There are times when she pretends to use the telephone when you walk in to avoid speaking to you. I love the Teacher in suite 500 and that is they only reason I am continuing to take my child there..However, Im actively looking for another daycare!!!

Our kids (9, 7, and 4) have all gone to this daycare since they were infants. We have enjoyed Kids R Kids and trust them. If there have been any incidents, they were minor and resolved right away. The teachers that my kids have had (with the exception of 1 or 2) have been amazing!

My grandson goes here and he’s been to Kindercare and BJIP previously and has never been happier. My grandson does not like people outside the family but he feels like school is home! He always calls me after school to tell me about how much fun he’s had or what he learned that day. The teachers are great. As he walks in the school, all of the teachers know his name and make him feel so welcome! They have activities every week. My daughter is always busy making him stuff for class! He loves his school and his friends! Much love from the Benard family!

KRK Shadow Creek is great! The teachers are extremely dedicated and care for the children immensely. Every single teacher we interacted with was genuinely kind and truly invested in my kids’ wellbeing. The ladies at the front desk (Ms. Britni and Ms. Cyndi) are friendly, approachable, and caring as well. Both of my kids have been here since I returned to work (almost their whole lives), and I’ve never had an issue. Not once did I worry about my children while at daycare. I knew they were in good hands. We just moved out of the area and will miss the ladies of KRK tremendously.

The director Dawn is not a kid friendly individual. The school is great but it is controlled by a person not suited for being around children. We tried to work with Dawn but her daily demeanor and less than friendly attitude towards parents and children makes dealing with this facility unbearable. Dawn was actually rude and talks down to people in a snooty, self righteous way. If you are looking for good care for your child this place is a good place... but just know that the lady that controls the place SHOULD NOT be allowed to deal with children in any aspect. I CANNOT believe that a facility of this caliber allows such an individual to control it. The ownership needs to find a person better suited for the task at hand.... which is taking great care of our little loved ones. :(

I did not have a very good experience with this school. My child cried all day, did not eat or take a nap and no one called me. The teachers were instructed to call if my son was not feeling well, he had been sick over the weekend. Secondly I was not instructed on the check in/sign in process. My family members never received access for online viewing after the necessary paper work was submitted. Unfortunately my son was there for a week before I withdrew him. The director failed to follow up on my complaints. Please reconsider before sending your loved one to this unprofessional, uncouth, unorganized, institution.

Worst Decision Ive Ever Made. I debated on posting this, but thought as a mom, how it would have benefited me to see such a post before I gave this school a try, so here we go...Weve had the pleasure of visiting a number of daycares in Pearland/Manvel with our oldest and now our youngest child. As we all know, the pickings are slim for whatever reason around here with regard to quality, safety, affordability, and overall teacher selection. Well, after almost exhausting all other options, we settled on this daycare. And by settled, I mean it is the most basic a daycare should be. Nothing flashy, no bells and whistles, its oddly configured, and if Walmart had a daycare - this would be it.My child has a special diet (plant based, no meat, dairy/eggs) that was made very clear during registration, so I asked that he only be fed out of his lunch kit that I took time to make for him each and everyday. That request was not honored day 1, and then when I raised the issue, I was told it would never happen again, but it happened week 2. This school has no procedures in place for special diets, for teacher handoffs, or anything. I am not quite sure how they have made it this long because surely there are kids with allergies that should be documented, YET, my child who isnt even supposed to touch a plate manages to get fed the school food twice. I spent most of my days emailing the school administration regarding issues here and there, but still kept trying to work through it with the school as they begged me to let them make it right and said that they would be putting procedures in place to prevent this in the future!!!! What? All these years and youre just now documenting dietary restrictions!?Well, about 2 weeks in, I finally gained access to the surveillance system (which I had only planned to watch for a few minutes) and found myself watching over 30 minutes while these teachers (in room 301) paraded around the room snatching toys from kids, yanking them up by their arms, throwing them into chairs, picking them up around their chests as they smacked toys out their hands...it was overall ridiculous. The teachers in 301 seem too young, immature, and undertrained to be trusted with anyones children. I was also told during the registration, that if there were any issues in the classrooms that I would be able to review the recordings at that time, yet when the aggressive behavior regarding the teachers was reported and I asked the tape to be pulled, all of a sudden, their surveillance system was only live stream and not recorded. WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE, and how could anyone in their right mind believe that?Furthermore, my God Daughter who was in the 12-24 month room, comes home with pinch marks in her back so deep it broke the skin. Now, small kids cant grab such thin skin on the lower back, and dont have nails or the precision to inflict such a mark through a t-shirt...but magically it appears and the teachers in her room dont know how it got there? This school is like an underground hell for kids. Makes me wonder how other parents could be so blind on how their kids are and have been mistreated at this school, because I refuse to believe that the quality of teachers just completely plummeted the instant we arrived though we were enrolled those very long 2 weeks. In the end, the school is full of fake compassion from the Curriculum Director to the front desk aids, to the Owner. They are a truck load of sorry(s) and still manage to continue business. Parents, start tuning into the surveillance in these classrooms, your child is not safe in these peoples hands.Run away...fast.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL Director Ive ever experienced!! I searched long and hard to find a suitable care facility for my 4 year old and thought I found the heavens delight in this Kids r Kids shadow creek location. I had to get use to paying weekly rather than monthly like I was use to. The director Brittany at the front desk seemed nice at first but that quickly changed. I had returned to work from surgery and was returning my child to school after a week of vacation that I previously made clear to Brittany the week before. When I arrived I WAS NOT GREETED AS USUAL nor was my child at the front desk! You are the first face my child sees and you set the tone for the school. STRIKE ONE after getting my son settled in his class I proceed to go to the front desk to explain that I was saw an extra charge on my account that I assumed was for the week my son was not at school. Brittany then states that I was charged half for my sons spot to stay valid at the school. That terminology did not sit well with me. Even if that is the case and the school is that money hungry NO PARENTS should hear the sheer utter of those words come out of an administrators mouth ! For gods sake just say its credited toward the future tuition! When I then stated that I was confused I was cut off mid sentence and told that my son cannot stay because it sounds like I am not trying to pay! THIS DEAR LISTENER , UPSET ME I stated that I was just going to go get my child because her attitude is unfit and I dont want him around that. For all I know she could have gone in the classroom and singled him out while I was away. So no I went and got my child to remove him. At the front desk I asked Brittany again may I have the money order back and that I would pay the balance in full by the end of the day so I dont owe anything. She yells across the foyer in front of others I cant give you the money back that you owe us! Is that a policy? If so where is it written because I dont see why I cant get my money back? She starts yelling again stating that I can leave before she calls the cops! I told her that her attitude was disgusting and that she speaking in a tone as if Im not a parent! She states that I was threatening her and that she has children to protect and that I needed to leave the premises before she calls the cops. this is all while I was speaking to Cindy the other director. Everytime I spoke to Cindy Brittany spoke over me , threatening to call the cops on me , threatening to drag me out of the office herself if I did not leave, threatening me in FRONT OF MY 4 years old son! When I asked for the owners contact information she handed me a card with the same office number that SHE ANSWERS ! I am awaiting a response from RUBY or OPIE BAATH the owners of this location to resolve this matter. For this to have escalated the way that it did is completely unprofessional on Ms.Brittanys part. She is immature and completely unfit to be in an authoratative position if she cannot deal with upset parents. This is a bad look on the company as well as this particular location.
