My daughter has attended Eagle Heights for 3 years now and we have had a great overall experience! She has a Christian foundation based on grace, kindness, forgiveness and structure thanks to their school. Very small student/teacher ratio and she is learning concepts ahead of grade level. I would recommend this school to any parent seeking exemplary Christian education in Pearland, TX.

My three-year-old was there for less than a week and he was sent home for hitting the teachers and another kid. Ive never had to pick him up from a daycare. I talked to the director and it was clear by her tone and her verbage that my child was not wanted there. She even asked me have you looked at home daycares or Nannies, you know something less structured? This was after his 3rd day. She also had a report written up for me to sign saying this was his first offense. If he gets three offences he wouldnt be allowed to return. Sure enough the very next day he wasnt allowed to stay for after-school care since he was swatting at and hitting kids. Predictably the director had his second offense report written up and ready for me to sign when I got there. So we decided to pull him from the school. They even have the audacity to blame my son in an email they sent me. Really? This is what youre going to send me as an employee of Eagle Heights? How about owning up to a failure as an educator. These people showed zero interest in helping my son.

We absolutely love this school! It is life changing. We appreciate the organized and professional staff. But more than anything we love their kindness and support and love for our kids. Everyone at EHCA operates as a team from the staff/ teachers to the parents and students and coaches. The smaller class sizes are exactly what our sons need to focus and make life long friends. So blessed by the teachers hard work and love. We realize their efforts every day.

My daughter has attended Eagle Heights since she was 4 months old. We love the mothers day out program. She is loved and very well taken care of. She is excited to get up and go to school each day. I look forward to her beginning preschool next year because EHCA is the best of the best. The curriculum is amazing and leaves kids very well prepared for Kindergarten.

We were new to the area and this was my daughters first time attending school. We are a military family and there hasn’t been a lot of stability in my daughters life and with 8 weeks (two days a week) attending this school I was told that it would be my daughters last week. I felt as if I was not getting the support I needed from the school and I also did everything I could to help my daughter adjust.

My girls attended this school for 10+ years. I loved the staff, the biblical teachings, the administration, and the strong academics. They were loved on AND got a great education! I now work at the school and cant imagine being in a better environment than with the teachers and staff of Eagle Heights.

I’m an educator at this establishment that believes in the education and faith of Eagle Heights Christian Academy enough to have both of my kids here. Both started in elementary and are now in high school. My daughter plans to attend Texas A&M to be a chemical engineer and I can honestly say...hands down...she WILL be prepared for college. My other child struggles with academics and the teachers have done an amazing job teaching TO him. Our classroom ratios are small, so that helps with more individual attention. The standards for this school are high in every aspect. I can honestly say that my kids have been blessed with every single teacher that they’ve had.

We are so happy to be going on our 5th year at Eagle Heights. Very caring teachers and good support staff. My son told me last month how much he loves his school, and we know hes getting a good education. My only wish is that they had a more robust sports program through the school.

Being new to the area and coming from a private Christian school previously, I have been blessed to find EHCS!! It’s just what my family needed: Christ centered, small student: teacher ratio for great individual attention, and warm inviting atmosphere with all kinds of learning tools as well!! We have been able to seamlessly participate in other activities the school offers like sports and the Spelling Bee! It has been a great decision to a part of Eagle Heights!!

My son started half way through 7th grade, they welcomed him with open arms and helped his to adjust to the smaller school. He has thrived with the individual attention and is enjoying all of the extras high school gets to do like outreach and college visits.

My daughter has attended Eagle Heights for the past 7 years. I am very pleased with the atmosphere of EHCA, along with the level of education and methods used adding Christian principles into lessons. Most importantly, my daughter loves it and actually looks forward to going to school! I believe she learns and retains more based on the fact that she doesn’t dread school. Thanks EHCA!!

All three of my children attended EHCA and I am an employee at the school. It has been absolutely life changing for our family! My oldest has gone through K-3rd. My middle, PK4 & K, and my daughter is in MDO. All 3 levels of the school have been incredible. My middle son was READING upon completion of PK4. The teachers truly love and invest in these children, in the end they all become family. They not only receive an education but learn biblical principals and how to use them in their daily lives. We have been so blessed by EHCA and hope to stay here until they have all 3 graduates high school. -Krysta Connolly

I have a son in 3rd grade, he has been attending EHCA since he was 1.5 yrs old (starting in MDO)and I have been an employee for 7 years. We love this school. Every year he has been there has been a very positive experience. The teachers have all been so amazing and truly care to help plant Gods word in the childrens hearts and give them the best education they can. They work endlessly to accomplish this. Our son has a very firm foundation in the bible and the education is impeccable. He was able to read by Kindergarten. We hope to keep him at this school until he graduates.....he has told me he never wants to go to any other school... he loves it at EHCA. It is also a great place to work :)

We are currently in our 7th year at Eagle Heights Christian Academy, with three kids between the 4th and 7th grades. We love the staff and teachers; they genuinely care, and anytime there has been a concern, it has been met with swift resolution. Communication is outstanding; I think my kids know more about history and science than I do; and I love the small teacher/student ratio where my kids get individualized attention, whether they need to be challenged or need more help.

Our son has been attending EHCAs MDO program for 3 years. We absolutely love it! Due to family circumstances, we decided to try another Christian facility nearby that followed a typical daycare calendar/hours, but it only took us one week before we came running back to EHCA, more grateful than ever. Having our son in a loving, Christian environment where the teachers truly care about the kids is worth the extra coordination it takes around school holidays and summer breaks. The class ratios and staff turnover is low. We love seeing the same familiar faces each year, where everyone knows each other by name. Our son has been able to form a special bond with each teacher he has had, especially Ms. Candice and Ms. Cheri. They are very accommodating of food allergies and go above and beyond to ensure my child is safe and still included. We are amazed at how he has excelled thus far and are looking forward to Pre-K3 in the fall.

I never leave reviews but I felt like it was something that needed to be known. My daughters were bullied at EHCA for months and months! I reached out to the teacher a couple of times and nothing was resolved. The behavior continued. A harmful prank was played on my 10 yr old daughter and I went to the principal about it. I was shocked at how lightly they took the news. The principal was not helpful at all and pretty much brushed the whole situation under the rug. I had a conference with both the principal and my childrens teacher and they seemed to really not care about the bullying and said I should use the situation as a life lesson and teach my kids to deal with people who dont like them. I understand all children will not be friends but there is a difference when a specific child is making life and my childs school experience hell. This was suppose to be a great school and I was very excited to start my kids here. I regret it. And I truly pray no other child is put through the mistreatment my kids went through at this school. Stay away! You have other options

Two years ago my wife and I decided to enroll our three children at Eagle Heights Christian Academy, and were glad we did. Between the three of them, weve had the opportunity to interact with teachers and staff for the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th and 8th grades over the past two years and weve been impressed with the quality and degree of care, education and attention theyve received across the board. Our children are developing confidence, excelling academically, maturing socially, and growing spiritually thanks to a curriculum that thoughtfully balances secular learning with Christian religious principles and is taught by attentive, skilled and loving teachers.Due primarily to (1) good communication systems established between the school, teachers and parents, and (2) teachers and administrators who genuinely want our children to succeed, we learn of our childrens academic struggles in different subjects in real time and are able to take proactive steps to ensure their mastery of the material before theyre in danger of falling behind.By way of example, half way through the last 6 weeks, we were contacted by a teacher to inform us that our child was failing a subject because homework assignments were not being turned in and our child had not taken test preparation seriously and scored poorly on an exam. Because the teacher reached out, we were able to correct the problem behaviors/attitude at home and by the end of the six weeks, the failing grade in that subject had been improved to an A for a straight-A report card. We appreciate that kind of proactive concern from our childrens teachers!Eagle Heights Christian Academy is sponsored and supported by the First Baptist Church of Pearland. We are not members of that church (or any Baptist congregation for that matter) and hold different religious--albeit still Christian--beliefs than Baptists, but the school has welcomed us and our children with open arms and made us feel appreciated, loved and respected.Because of our positive experience with the school, we actively promote it among other members of our faith, some of whom have enrolled their own children in the school.Given the relatively small student population, athletics and band are not Eagle Heights strong suit, but the school organizes a band and as many athletic teams and games as it is able each year and, unlike public schools, allows all interested eligible students to participate. Our son enjoyed playing 6-man football last year (although there was not enough interest to field a team this year) and our daughter enjoyed being on the volleyball team this year. The school also regularly fields basketball and soccer teams. And while the band is not large, students do have the opportunity to learn to play a band instrument at Eagle Heights, so we have an aspiring trumpeter and clarinetist in our home.If youre considering Eagle Heights, talk to the teachers, administrators and parents of students there. Let your child audit a day of classes. I think you and they, like us, will enjoy what you find when you do your homework on Eagle Heights.
