Dollar tree is good for most things you may need or want (as far as snacks go), but, its kind of like walking into a funeral or a grave in there. This is mo joke. A couple of the employees Ive encountered, constantly have that look of impending doom on their face. Its no wonder either; it never fails, there is always a slue of inventory to restock and count, the store is unorganized and packed with stuff in quite a few of its aisles. God blessem, they need help like 100 years ago when they first opened. Somebody join me in going over there and cheerin these folks up... Youre gettin there Dollar Tree, keep trying to keep up the good work, we support you!! Yall earned these stars!!

Love their selection and this location is clean. Its like christmas looking to find all the treasures store has. There arent boxes and general disarray in this store. I love going to the Dollar Tree - but i am not able to look around as I would like to because it is so much walking and i have a very hard time walking. I cant stay in the store more then 10 minutes and have to leave usually without why i went to the store for.

This location had alot more left. The other three locations were empty of course it is back to school time so to be expected

They are my go to store for cleaning supplies, all of which are reasonably-priced at 1.00. I was able to pick up several cans of spray disinfectant that are basically unobtainable at the big box stores. Yes, aisles needed to be straightened but overall, fast in and out.

I always enjoy my Dollar Tree. I just wish they carried yarn, crochet and knitting needles there. They use to have the 14 wreath base now they have none. I guess the only way to get wreath based is to order and thats a large quantity, which I dont need that many.

Great place to pick up crafts to keep a toddler busy for a couple hours

Although I LOVE the deals I often find at Dolllar Tree, today was very disappointing...It appeared that my neighborhood location was between stocking for upcoming holidays (Valentines, St Patricks, Easter)...Very few items to choose from and shelves only partially stocked, as if they were just starting to stock, and had only set out a couple of items to indicate where future items would go.

This is a pretty good store, smaller than some of the other ones in the area, but always a friendly face and usually stocked pretty well.

The customer service here is awful. I placed an order online and it took two weeks to arrive at the store; fine. I went to go pick it up and it was apparent that the staff had no idea what to do with an online order. I ordered here in bulk for a wedding, so there were several boxes that needed to be loaded into the car. As soon as I got home, I opened the boxes only to find out that they had shipped 36 units of the entirely wrong product instead of what I ordered. I called the store immediately and the cashier, who once again did not know how to manage an online order, asked me to call back. I called back only to be told that there was nothing that they could do about the incorrect items and that I would have to call corporate in order to rectify the situation. I called corporate right after, only to have a recording inform me that they are only open Monday through Friday; but all store orders arrive at the store on Saturdays, so no matter when you order, if there is an issue, you are stuck with the incorrect order for at least two days. Monday I was able to get through to a person at corporate, hallelujah. The representative seemed very nice, but told me that she would have to call the store and speak with the manager in order to move forward with fixing the order. She called multiple times and was not able to get through to said manager and stated that she would call me back the next day. That Tuesday, I received an email from her stating that although the order was grossly incorrect there was nothing that they could do about it. So instead of getting what I ordered, I now have 36 units of an incorrect item that I have no use for. Per her email, I can return them “if I would like,” but they will not ship out the correct product to fix their mistake.Overall, I am extremely frustrated with their lack of customer service. They wasted so much of my time having me jump through hoops to “see what they could do about it.” Which, after almost a week, ended up being absolutely nothing. Save yourself the headache and do NOT order from them online. Pay the extra couple of dollars and go to/order from a store that will actually recognize and fix their mistakes.

Great selection of items to choose from, however, store was very cluttered(stuff in the floor of aisles), bathroom was very dirty and there were 2 outdoor trash cans in front of the store that were overflowing with trash...(They were so full the trash had dropped onto the sidewalk...)

This locations tends to stock frequently. Shelves are always full.

The manager is fantastic but when he is gone the employees have the worst customer service. No need to be rude, were all going through this together. Yes, Im the one who said I hope you have a better day and a better attitude.

This Dollar Tree in Pearland on 518 is nice. A few items needed to be picked up I founded what I needed. The cashier Kenneth was nice.🙃

Just went up there 15 till they closed and the doors were already locked. usually have a good experience but if it dont close till 9 why was the door already locked very dis appointed and i always shop there!

Love the Dollar Tree! You can find cheap make up like L.A. Colors that is decent quality for $1. Can beat that. The only thing that they could improve is the staff at the check outs and the cleanliness of the store. Sometimes you have to dig through bins to see if there are things hidden that should be displayed.

Place is very nice to save a few dollars and get some great items for the house or gifts. Family dollar has been a fun place for our family to do some thrifty shopping. The lanes are never really that long and the staff is really friendly and always help you find what you are looking for.

Be careful when you come into this Dollar Tree. They allow customers inside without a mask. Even though the sign on the door clearly says you must wear one.

I like to pop in and out of this location but i would recommend that if you want to get your hands on the newspaper ad where u can find savings then show up early like when the store opens. This will sell out fast by time 4pm arrives. Usually its limited to one newspaper per person

This location is superb! Colleen and Taye just made my Dollar Tree experience a phenomenal one. They helped me locate what I needed and when they saw I was buying a bunch of them they went to the back to get me boxes and paper to make sure they would travel safely with me on my way home. Having already gone beyond the call of duty, Colleen then got on her hands and knees and helped me package the glassware securely into the boxes. She then notified Taye at the checkout that we were coming with boxes. He made sure our checkout was quick and easy. All of this with smiles on their faces! We had such a fun and nice time and were in and out in a jiffy. Thanks, yall!

This was a good visit. The only problem with this and all Dollar Trees are the long lines. And it always seems like everyone decides to checkout all at the same time everytime im in there. But the employees are friendly and they get you out of there as soon as possible.

I love dollar trees you never know what youre going to find! The toy area can be a bit of a mess though everything else is in order! Friendly helpful staff and check out is at times a bit of a wait!
