Tbh I don’t have a bad experience with service here just kinda annoyed it’s one of the only office depots near me/ in pearland and it’s janky and a waste of time. Like imagine waiting on Broadway st forever after work trying to get stuff and they have practically nothing and you leave empty handed. A waste of time. It’s wild to me that Alvin (a small town) has a bigger and better Office Depot with actual selection and that’s clean in comparison. Don’t even waste your time going to this location and go to a different one that actually has stuff. I shouldn’t have assumed they’d have office stuff though.

I placed an online printing order. I realized the order was missing pages once I arrived at work the next day. I called the store and the lady said they could reprint missing items but I would have to come in store and then wait a while as they were really busy. The point of me ordering online was to avoid the waiting in store. I explained that I could not wait due to me having an infant. I asked if the prints would be ready same day. Sadly, she hung up on me.Good customer service is non-negotiable to me. I’m sure one customer doesn’t make a difference, but you’ve totally lost one.

The lady helping me scan blueprints was excellent but the lack of staff helping is unheard off. Literally took 1 hour to scan two files because the amount customers. The other store employees were restocking store while they had a line of customers. Don’t recommend this location unless you want to wait for hours..

Unprofessional and horrible communication, I had to come back 3 times for time sensitive work to be completed. When I finally had my order submitted I was told I’d be contacted no later than the next day. 4 days have passed and when I arrived to pick up what I had purchased the order was messed up and nobody seemed to want to help. Very unhappy! Would not recommend this location

Experience in store was great, but please for the love of god, stop using TForce to ship orders. Its been over a week and theyre still giving us the runaround on a desk we ordered

I needed a funeral program printed for my Grandma in a short amount of time. I called this location and the GM Marjorie was very pleasant on the phone. She walked me through the types of printing they offered and was extremely helpful when making my decision.When I arrived to the store, the printing attendant Mallory was extremely nice and was already instructed that I was coming by Marjorie. She laid out my designs and even printed me a copy to show before finalizing my order. She even gave me suggestions of how to fill up my program because I had two blank pages that needed to be filled. I even got emotional after seeing the mock up and they gave me tissue and reassured me everything was going to be okay.Both Marjorie and Mallory treated me with kindness today during this tough time dealing with the death of my grandma. They even offered me 20% off my order and it will be done way before the funeral. I thank God for people like Marjorie and Mallory for reassuring me that there is still good people out there in the world!

I placed two online print orders on the same day and received both email and text messages when the orders were completed. When I went in to pick them up I discovered that one order was one item short and the other order had not been printed. The almost-complete order even had the paperwork for the not-printed order with it.The manager promised to fix the order and refund the charges. I explained that I don’t need a refund (that’s not what I was asking for) and that this was not the first time I have had this problem. I have placed many orders with this store; they get them right (on time and correct) about 50 percent of the time.I have never had this problem with the Main Street or Alvin stores when I have used them; that’s where my print orders will go from now on.

Honestly, since Ive moved to Pearland I have TRIED for different times to get things printed. I order & submit online and EACH TIME the order is printed with mistakes. It costs me time and money so I now just send to Staples - no drama at Staples EVER.

I have visited this location several times in the past month and the area for self copy area has always been untidy.The associates at the Copy-Print Center area are almost always cordial and helpful, however there is almost always a line and all wait. There was no now hiring sign anywhere visible so management may need to better staff that area. Other than that, they have a good service and take care of my business.

These guys need to go out of buisiness good riddance.

Need Better Management. I have visited this Office Depot location several times and the service is consistently bad. Its as if the staff dont know when customers are in the store....I think we are imaginary. I have never had anyone offer me assistance, I normally wander around trying to figure out which register to check out at because none are staffed. When I randomly select one, no one ever approaches me to assist with the checkout....I normally have to track down one of the dazed and confused employees and ask them if they can send someone to check me out...and the answer is usually...Oh sure, Ill be right there. If this happened occasionally, I could kinda look past it, but there is not 1 time I have visited this store and had anyone attempt to assist me without seeking them out first. I am waiting for this location to go out of business. With this type of service, I can see why stores are shuttering. My advice to this location: When you get a customer, pretend you are happy theyre shopping in your store, welcome them, offer assistance, thank them for shopping with you..so they come back. That creates job stability. Otherwise, when customers visit your store, rather than pretend they arent there....just turn the lights off and lock the doors, that way we cant get in and you dont have to pretend!

Crazy busy inside but line was moving fairly quickly. Manager jumped in to help staff. Kudos to him. I was looking for a particular school supply and I was happy to find there.

This is a store I do not ever plan on returning to again. I came in looking to buy an office chair and when I arrived at the chair section it looked as though a tornado came through. Everything was a mess and disorganized with boxes everywhere and various papers and supplies on the floor and on the chairs. It was hard to sit in any chair to see comfort level because over half had heavy boxes and trash on the seats. At no point did an employee come over and offer assistance. I picked out a chair and made my way to the register... Well, what I thought was a register. They have about 3 or 4 different counters that look like they can be check out lanes but none were marked and I didnt know where to go. No employee was visible. Finally I spotted an employee and asked about getting checked out and his response was she is supposed to be doing it while he was turning and walking away so I didnt get to hear all he was saying. So I just stood at a counter till finally a girl came and rung up my chair. This place needs a serious make over or else it will go under.

The Cashiers were nice but if Id known Office Depot doesnt give a Military Discount, I would NOT have shopped there.I could see the embarrassment in the face of the Cashier when she told me that they didnt honor a military discount...Wasnt Veterans Day a couple days ago?No more of my money will be spent here!

I had two ink cartridges that I wanted to return since I had purchased a new printer from Office depot and could no longer use them. I made the purchase with my Office Depot credit card but I did not have the receipt. I asked if I could exchange them for ink for my new printer or get a store credit. The cashier called over the manager who refused to allow me to exchange them or give me store credit. She acted like what I was asking for was unheard of and spoke to me like I was a child, she was not necessarily rude but she was very condescending. The next day I went to another location in Pearland on North Main where I did not have any problems returning the ink without the receipt and received store credit.

Overpriced and Understaffed - I only came here as a last resort and I was reminded why. The pricing here is absolutely ridiculous. The online route with 2-day shipping is preferred, so Ill plan more strategically next time to ensure that I dont run into this situation again.

I came in to ask about ink refill the lady in the ink area said they dont do ink refills and she didnt know of which location, I showed her that the internet stated that this silver lake location near 288 is the location that does ink refills, mind you there is a full line of ink cartridges behind her so Im in the spot where I should be. She asked her manager if they knew the manager didnt know. I asked the main cashier on my way out if she knew of another location that did the ink cartridges refills she didnt know. The internet shows this location as doing ink cartridges refills it is incorrect!! And the customer service is horrible no one knows nothing! No one cares. This place gets a negative 20 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed to make about 20 prints right away. Rian was able to help me out and was very fast and efficient. Great place to get your printing needs done!

Had an issue with employee Victor Digger, he showed me lots of attitude and disturbed me and child on a very deep level.

Worse experience at a office depot by far. No one wants to help you or even look at you. I waited in line to pay and the employee walks away and never comes back. He didnt say a word to me to inform me that he was not going to check out anymore. Nice?! Ill make sure to avoid this store!

If I could give this no stars I would. Stopped in to mail a package. 2 workers. 2 customers in front of me. 30 minutes later they are trying slowly to help the 2 customers. The line is getting longer behind me, some woman who thinks her inability to operate a fax machine is a priority over those being helped not to mention those of us waiting. SHE stops the 2 workers 3 times while huffing and puffing. These 2 workers spent more time messing with the copiers than anything. Not ONCE did either of them acknowledge any of us in line. After 32 minutes of wasting my time I left. The 2 gentleman that were at the counters were still there. Good luck to them. I will never return. Not because of the wait, but the customer service. The lack of.

I had a horrible experience with another Office Depot today. Manager lied to me. The employee who initially answered my phone call rudely hung up on me. I arrived at this office depot not looking forward to the exchange. Was very pleasantly surprised. The department manager there worked with was very helpful and .very polite. I took the other store 3 1/2 hours to fail it printing 50 pieces of paper. This young lady is getting the job done in 15 minutes.

Found what I needed and purchased it. Doesnt get any better. Ron was a big help in making my selection.

Sat on hold for 12 minutes only to be told the machine that makes the rubber stamps is broken! What business leaves a customer on hold for 12 minutes and doesnt bother to come back to acknowledge the customer on hold? Needless to say, they didnt earn my business.

The location is small but, I had a great customer service experience. One of the sales team members knew where everything in the store was located and he even told me they would match Wal-Mart prices👌

The worst Office Depot. I have been there several times, my online orders are Never Ready. I have to wait for over 30 min to pick up orders that are supposed to be ready, then learned they dont even look at online orders so they start working on it when I show up. The last order I sent, I went to pick it up and they informed me they have been out of color ink so my online Paid order was never process. Then I have to wait 30 more min to get my money back. They only have 2 people working the whole store, never seen more than 2 people.

I like visiting Office Depot, but cashiers are waaay too slow. I havent seen slower cashiers, other than probably in TJ Maxx .In a printing/copy section the girl was pretty helpful though. Also, they have poor variety of business planners.

The staff at the printing are is very helpful & quick to print my online order. I visit this store often when I need supplies and items printed.

Its small but very easy to get in an out. If you need basic items this works well but you may also be hard pressed to find any help.

Every time I have visited this location seems as if my print jobs jam or run out if paper. Given thats a mechanical issue, the employees just dont care! I just recently left a job overnight for that reason. Thinking they would have enough time. Shame on me, same damn issue! Absolute last time I will donate money here.

The worst customer service I have encountered.The line was long at the only active register and I was directed to go to the second register who refused to help and asked me to go to the long line! Few minutes later he decided to take customers at his register!! Apparently I was not the only customer who experienced this!

My wife is a teacher so we thought wed try to print copies here for an in-class activity. We dropped off a flash drive with a couple files that needed to be printed. The next day we came at a time LATER than we were told theyd be ready and they had only printed the first few pages. We waited 30 minutes for a manager who just opened an extra register. The clerk at the print and copy desk just seemed off putting and said oh well I guess I can start it now

I wanted to order 4 cans of lysol sprayBut the ladies working did not know how to do it. So I left. Very bad.

Rude, rude, rude and horrible customer service. Got greeted with a head gesture like saying WHAT DO YOU WANT?? Instead of him saying How can I help you? Went in there with a smile and left so upset. Avoid this place. There is no need for this kind of behavior.

Management here and staffs are lazy workersThey closes the store 15minutes earlier 8:45pm!! Store says they closes at 9pm. Their clock is different than the world clock that synced with internet worlwide.

Someone got a duplicate card made of my debit/credit card, went to this store and rung up 200 dollars, obviously the employees didnt check ID before charging it (anything for a sale i guess) but judging by the crappy ratings at this store i dont expect anything else to be done by management from this store
