My daughter thought she would love this school, but was severely disappointed by the staff. In addition, kids get bullied for going to davidson academy.

Not worth to move from faraway to attend this school.3 * for Great kids

Our daughter loves attending the Davidson Academy and we are blown away by what she is learning. It is the best feeling in the world to see her excitement when she talks about her classes and the friendships she has made. Thank you so much!

The premise is terrific, but the execution of its mission is hindered by extensive hiring of people not properly qualified for the positions they hold (e.g., the financial officer has a degree in dance, and you could go down the list of adminstrators credentials and never guess their post).***The best part is there are a few excellent teachers, but DA doesnt offer much sense of community and students are permitted really egregious behavior seemingly if their parents are sufficiently generous to the endowment.
