Love this place! Great workout every time! They have helped me push myself to achieve my goals. The encouragement they give is amazing!

This place is phenomenal! I started coming in August 2020 and it has helped me change the things about myself I thought I could not change. The coach Sierra is awesome. She is fun, corrects your form and is intentional to teach and encourage you. The owner Katie is so sweet, an excellent coach, and she pushes you to be better. If you are considering trying it out, JUST DO IT! Men and women of all shapes, sizes, and ability go. You will never be the odd ball out. You will get stronger, gain confidence, and destress!!! I look forward to going to every class and I have seen my body change! I feel good about myself. Thank you to all the coaches (Phoebe we will miss you) and to Katie for keeping this place going for all of us who need it. I 💛ILKB!

If you want to loose weight on a fun and energetic environment this is the place for you! The energy the instructors projected on every class is AMAZING you wont be disappointed. They always make sure everyone is doing the combos the right way they actually workout with you 1 on 1 You wont be just another person in the room once you are on the mat working out you will have so much support from everyone in there that is just FANTASTIC.

If you want to destress this is the place to go!! I found this little studio last September 2019 and I have not looked back!! Katie Mariucci the owner is amazing and she will listen to you and show you the ropes for kickboxing! Kati’s instructors are hard working and will encourage you and show you the correct way to jab cross plus all the other punches and of course my favorite roundhouses.With the Covid Virus going strong this past year. I.L.K.B. is an absolutely phenomenal gym to workout at and that is almost entirely due to the amazing and supportive coaches that teach there. They push you, support you, help you to modify moves that fit your level of fitness and are just all around awesome.

Its the BEST workout! Ive always struggled to find a workout that I actually enjoy, but Ive found that at ILKB. The instructors are always outgoing, friendly, and most importantly, helpful with whatever you need. Highly recommend.

The studio, instructors, and owner are all phenomenal Ive never done kickboxing before starting here and they make it super welcoming and theyre so supportive. Would definitely recommend trying it out if you havent!
