Great and friendly staff; always available for help. Not very crowded and dont have to wait on equipment. Great coaches that teach variety of classes.

It’s rare to find a gym with properly tensioned cables. I’ve visited many of the gyms in this area to find the best one. All of the Corperate owned franchises are not properly sanitized or have machines out of spec. This gym is family owned and staffed by happy and friendly employees. Avoid the anytime shitness, 24 hour, and shitness connection.

UFC Reno is an awesome gym! They’ve got everything you’d want from a gym and more. The classes schedule is amazing, the coaches are amazing, the equipment is fantastic, and it’s one of the most inviting/welcoming fitness environments I’ve been to. I’ve seen people of all ages and all skill levels working out here, so if you’re one of those that gets intimidated at the gym, you won’t have to worry about that here! I love it!

Ive been boxing for 26 years, and lifting weights for 34. As a result, Ive experienced both good and bad gym in both areas of fitness. But never have I been part of a facility.. a family.... like UFC.. This gym, its owners, and members are the best people to train with as well as just spend my free time with. The boxing instructors are technically sound, humble and amazing people. Whether you are looking to get in shape, learn to box and/or learn jujitsu, this is definitely the place!!!

Every now an then experiences happen that have an extraordinary impact in life. Walking into UFC gym and meeting Dave & Mimi has been that for me. Since the first moment I walked through the gym doors I have been welcomed and treated with kindness and respect. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym easy to use and VERY clean. The patrons are pleasant and I have developed many wonderful friendships. I spend a majority of mornings working out with Dave’s coaching. Dave is hands down the most knowledgable professional I have worked with throughout the more than twenty years I have been with trainers and coaches. He is also the most caring and positive person, at this point I feel as if we are family. Thank you Dave, Mimi and all the people that make UFC Gym such a wonderful place.

As a previous personal trainer and amateur bodybuilder, and now as a doctor I appreciate that this gym uses the most ergonomic machines possible. My joints don’t hurt even when I go heavy on shoulder press, my back feels great on the single arm lat pull down machines, the isolation is unparalleled with this equipment. Thank you for bringing this equipment to Reno! (There likely* isn’t better equipment found in Reno as I’ve been to almost every gym. For example: American Iron has some great equipment that this gym does not but I am speak solely to the quality of the equipment).

This is a con. Stay away from this place. They will keep charging you for membership even after you tell them you want to cancel your membership. They are only interested in your money.The stuff is horrible and Rude. under paid and keep changing.The manager is the worst customer service persone I have ever seen.Stay away, spend your money on better gyms.

WOW! This is by far the best gym I have ever been to! At first I was hesitant because I dont consider my self a fighter at all, but after I went in and toured the facility, I realized that fighting is not the focus! Its fitness! They offer an array of classes from Daily Ultimate Training (kind of like a cross fit style class) , to kick boxing and boxing conditioning, to a regular weight area, this place has it all! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the coaches know how to push you, while still keeping it fun! All the equipment is BRAND NEW, which was a big plus for me. I have been a member for the past few months and have enjoyed every single moment of it. I have also noticed a drastic improvement in my physical health, and fitness. This is the best gym in town! As a local, I have been to many gyms in town and non compare! UFC has a variety of equipment and classes to truly offer you 5 gyms in one! Plus the staff is RAD!

Best gym in the Reno/Sparks area! They offer something for everyone at every level, so you don’t need to worry about being in the best shape to sign up, or you can be the greatest shape and still be challenged. I have been going this gym for over a year and have witnessed the transformation of so many of it’s members. The results are amazing! And you will never get bored - from fun cardio kick boxing classes, challenging DUT classes, core workouts, and all the weights and machines you could ask for! The owners and staff truly care about your health and experience. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

The UFC Gym is not a fight gym; its a family gym that happens to have great self defense and MMA-based classes. The owner, Dave Strickler, has the most integrity of any gym manager Ive ever seen, in addition to being a great positive motivator. Great for anyone interested in improving their health, fitness, and/or attitude. I recommend it 100%.

I am blown away at how it has taken 6-months for them to cancel my membership. I just got a call blaming me for their corporate collection emails. I was guaranteed that no charges have hit my card since 2/22/2019, yet $304 has in fact been charged. I loved the membership and the gym when I was there with my boys. Life changes and we needed to exit, but it has been an extreme pain. I have a very bad taste for UFC Gym - Reno.

UFC Reno is a great environment to train in. The facilities, staff, and classes are top of the line. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming and it is a place that I love spending my time!
