This real estate school has great materials that really prepare you for the real estate salesperson exam and the real estate broker exam. I took both exams and was very prepared by using Avalon education materials for test prep. The owner is super helpful and is always available to answer any questions you may have! The course provided an easy way to learn on my own time. The structure of the class is relatively easy to figure out, and you’ll get into the rhythm of it within a few lessons.Passed the State and National Exams on my first try. Wasn’t without studying of course.The practice exams on their website helped the most in my case. Would recommend everyone to take the course through Avalon!Also Herb is a great source of information and always a phone call away.

Wow! I’ve been in the real estate industry for 40 years. I’m licensed in three states CA, CO and now NV And while I can’t say I’ve seen it all I’ve seen most of it. This is by far the most dedicated real estate school I have had the pleasure of working with.Always a few questions and Avalon either answers before the third ring or calls back within the hour. Customer service!They made my test a breeze with their practice application where I could do the questions on my phone wherever I was, waiting for a business appointment or a friend to join me for dinner.The Nevada test was a breeze.Thank you!

The courses were helpful to do from home and prepared me well for the exam. Herb was so helpful whenever I had questions and was extremely responsive. I was new to Nevada but had 25 years experience in California so only had to take the State Exam and 45 hours of law. Passed both. I highly recommend Avalon.

Herb, the owner, is amazing! It took me 3 months start to finish to complete the course work from home and I passed both the national and state portions on the first try!He gives you all of the tools and information to be successful, but no, it isnt easy. You have to do the hard work in order to succeed.The exams were quite a bit harder than I thought and harder than the practice tests I had been taking.My #1 piece of advice would be to take the practice tests over and over. Not only from Avalon school but also Pearson Vue (national portion only).Once you are consistently scoring over 90% you should feel pretty confident in taking the exams. Knowing the key words is really good, but you have to understand how to implement those ideas into the real world, especially on the State portion.

Awesome experience! I paid for the Real estate class 2 weeks before I even started really studying. From the time I started studying to passing the state test it took me a month. As long as you put in the work and study the test are fairly easy. If you have questions he is always faat to answer and help you out! I highly recommend using this school if you dont need a actual classroom experience.

Excellently administered courses. Went through the material at my own pace and it, with supplements, were very well prepared and streamlined to make it easy to take in. Herbs customer service was 5-star as he was always readily available to help and answer questions along the way and that it one of the criteria I look at when selecting any service.
