The worked very hard for the BUYER. Even writing things into the papers for us to pay, hoping we would just sign and not see it. Never discuss anything with us. Very sneaky and underhanded.

We read the reviews here but man were we let down. We sold our home in February of 2019. First Chris came to our home to go over the process of selling our home and to sign the contract. Those fancy flashlight pens were the only highlight with them. Chris did nothing wrong. Nice guy and very knowledgeable.Well Chris quit right after and we were left with no one. We had no idea who our realtor was. Kept having to call to get information. Then we got Logan, she was the opposite of helpful. That was when we were able to get a hold of her. Would never call us and was always busy. They eventually started saying she will call you back and I flat out said that is a lie. You dont call back! Finally Marshall himself calls us and makes everything right. Talks to us and keeps us up to date. Him and the contract were the only thing keeping us with them. Megan was also helpfull. Then we find out we got wrong info from them. Their response was Chris does not work here and we have no idea why he gave you that information. We had to do our own research on how selling works. In the end we did sell our home. Quickly to be honest. Had to quickly move into a hotel since Logan said the info we were given by Chris was wrong. Would I recommend? Nope

I had an amazing experience with Marshall Realty. First, understand I am fairly cynical and skeptical by nature. I was sure that having to short sale my home, especially with a second mortgage; There was no way I was going to come out on the other side without a ton of stress and worry. Well I was wrong! Jon Hughes was so good at his job. That I literally didnt have to do a thing. My own curiosity about how things were going, had me contacting him often. Turns out I didnt need to. Jon always contacted me when something needed to be done. He got the the point and spoke in lay-mans terms not bank speak. From the time my home went on the market to closing the sale was less than 5 months. Both banks agreed to the sale, and in the stated deal, neither bank could sue me. I will have to deal with IRS for tax purposes regarding the property, but that is worth it considering the alternative...foreclosure. I highly recommend Marshall, especially regarding short sales. Other realtors said things to me like well its a real tough road to short sale or YOU (meaning me personally) have to get the bank to work with you. That turns out not to be true through Marshall. Jon did ALL the necessary work and all I had to do was follow through when they needed me too and sign closing documents when it was done. Horrible service! Talked to listing agent once, and that was the night he sold us on him and the contract. Our fault, we had interviewed other agents and John said all the right things. Too bad he didnt follow through.Call the office to return a phone call and theyre either on another line, or have stepped away from their desks but dont expect a call back for at least 1-3 days. Would never recommend!
