Monica is a great realtor, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first time buying a home; so I had a lot of questions and Monica would always take the time to explain every step, to ensure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I also felt Monica to be quite trustworthy, she would always give me her honest opinions on every houses we viewed. She was also very helpful by taking the time to explain items that where not understood by the other party to make the buying process proceed effortlessly .

Monica is the Best Realtor. She listened to what I wanted on the listing for my house and did what I asked. Within 45 minutes of listing my house on every website she used, I had an offer. When the loan fell through on the offer, Monica had my house back on the market and I received another offer in 1 hour at the price I requested. That is Great salespersonship and Networking. I wanted to write a review on my real estate agent Monica Mccallum who works for Coldwell Banker Real Estate.This is my second property Ive bought with Monica in Reno, NV. My fourth overall, I have two houses in the bay area and two condos in Reno. On my first property, Monica was instrumental in helping with negotiating on some key areas that were detrimental to the process. She helped minimize my out of pocket for what I had to do, she helped ensure the sale went through. On my most recent property I purchased with Monica, she (like last time) advised me to stay away from certain properties citing structural issues or other inside information that only she would know being a local experienced real estate agent showing properties for years in the area. You would know what I mean if you experienced viewing properties with her. The loan company I used for this recent purchase was not good, it was a 57 day close. Monica had to negotiate terms to extend. On a third possible extension, Monica knew it would not be granted. The loan company kept dropping the ball so-to-speak and on the final day, to save the loan, save my $ 2,450 invested already (that I would not get back), and to save the sale, Monica drove from Reno to Roseville to meet me at a notary and sign the docs. She had to leave at 4am and went over an icy hill (was not safe) to get this done. Putting probably too much at risk but knowing the ramification if we did not get the signed docs back by 1pm. She did all of this for the cause, for me. How can you not be impressed, talk about going the extra mile!!!! I hope if anyone wants a real estate agent who will fight for them, who will walk the walk...you need to talk to Monica Mccallum. I will be using her for any and all purchases for the Reno area! We live in Southern California and needed to sell my parents home in Reno. There was a sizable amount of renovation needed. We found Monica as we searched for realtors on the internet.
