We have been with Kiddie academy of West Creek since February 2021. Our little one was initially with the infant room and moved to the toddler room when she was 16 months. They made the transition super easy by having us practice in the academy toddler bed for a week in our home. They also had a dedicated teacher assigned to her during the transition week. The teachers and staff are super-friendly towards parents and most importantly, kids. They have apps that provide us updates on food / diapers and even fun pictures for the day. They do offer live video streaming and it helps to take a quick look at your little one during your break. Due to the pandemic situation, our toddler has not been with her grant parents for a period of time. Our tech-savvy parents are also using the video streaming apps to keep an eye on the kid as well. We also feel that the academy offers a well-rounded curriculum to toddlers. They plan fun events during special days in the calendar year and also help celebrate birthdays. They do have a well-balanced diet including breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. They offer options to parents to keep the kid on a specific diet too (veg or any meat for allergies etc.). The academy also gives proper notices with respect to holiday and any changes to hours due to extreme weather. We are super glad that we picked Kiddle academy at West Creak to be our day care.

I was asked recently by a close friend who is looking for care for her child if KAWC is a place she should consider and that was a easy no for me. Being I had worked there I got to see the true colors of the owner, manager and First Impressions manager. Although the teachers there are absolutely wonderful, management is not and we all know that it all begins with management. Leaving KAWC was the BEST decision I have ever made!

We recently moved our kids to Kiddie Academy of West Creek, and we could not be happier! The service, communication and professionalism shown from the director and ALL staff are top notch. It makes my heart smile when our kids are excited to go to school, and come home with great stories to tell from the day. This is by far the best environment for our kids to learn and grow.

I HIGHLY recommend Kiddie Academy of West Creek - my daughter started going there at 4 months old and as a first time mom I was extremely nervous about about the transition but Kiran and all of the INCREDIBLE(!!!) teachers in the infant room made me feel so comfortable and confident that my daughter was safe and loved in their care. They always made sure her needs were met and I truly feel like they cared for her just as much as we do. It was really fun to see her personality blossom there - every day at drop off she would give the teachers a big smile. We loved the live stream just to periodically check in and always saw our little girl having the best time playing. They send daily detailed reports with when they napped, ate, diaper changes, etc. and always included a bunch of really fun pictures. The place itself is SO clean and they do a really great job of communicating with the parents. If you are looking for GREAT care for your child and they have a spot DONT HESITATE! We are moving outside the area for a year for my husbands job and the daycares we looked at did not even come close to the extremely high bar set by our wonderful experience at KAWC (we had to go the nanny route to get the kind of care we were used to). We miss KAWC already but already got on the list for a spot for her when we come back to Richmond and cant wait to return to KAWC!

I would absolutely not recommend this school. They come across as very kind but are anything but kind. They did not feed my child his safe foods, even after a doctors note was given and it was agreed upon. Without my knowledge. Then with the child not being fed at school for three days expected perfect behavior. When that didn’t occur, we were asked to leave the school. What kind of establishment only allows a 3 year old a few days to adjust to a new environment. If your child fits into the very tiny box they consider acceptable, then it’s probably fine. If you have a real three year old who needs to be taught and supported, stay away from this place. They do way more harm than good.

We recently moved our children (1 and 3) to Kiddie Academy of West Creek and we could not be more pleased with our decision. Our previous daycare was just that, day care. Kiddie Academy is truly an educational academy, with thorough lesson plans and hands on learning all day. Our 3 year old comes home grinning ear to ear from his experience each day, telling us about all the things he did (he gets tennis lessons!!!). Both our boys have been given extra attention from the staff while they have transitioned to this new environment, which shines through in the footage from the classroom video cameras.Perhaps most importantly, the Academy Administrator has exceptional communication skills. This area was sorely lacking at our previous daycare and led to confusion and frustration. Kiran has done an excellent job of communicating with us, but more importantly, communicating with our 3 year old as it pertains to behavior.We are thrilled for our boys continued and future development!

We have been a part of KAWC since they opened. We could not be happier with the high level of quality care they provide our girls!  We truly appreciate the owner and all her staff who are always so warm and are quick to accommodate our requests and address any concerns. We have a 2 year old and an 8 month old here who are thriving from the many fun, yet educational activities. Being able to peek in on them throughout the day via the live cameras has given us peace of mind, seeing exactly how well theyre doing. With constant concerns about COVID-19, we also appreciate all the policies they have in place to keep their facility clean and our children safe during this pandemic. There are too many great aspects about KAWC to describe, but I can sum up our experience by saying our family loves this school and recommend it to anyone looking for the best care for their little one(s)!

Our 4 yo son started this summer after years at another facility. I thought he liked school before but he LOVES it now! He is so eager to get there every morning, the teachers and staff are top notch, the facility is beautiful and clean, the food is great and most importantly our son is absolutely thriving there! His speech has drastically improved, he is eager to share everything he has learned and the activities and crafts are top of the line.We are so grateful that we found KA at West Creek and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home for your little ones!

In my opinion, I would NOT recommend sending your children to this school. I have contacted the corporate folks of kiddie academy and department of social services of my experiences at this location.

Kiddie Academy is like family for my daughter. Their food, teachers, curriculum and facilities are excellent! I also love being able to pop up the surveillance camera app anytime to know my daughter is safe and happy and see how her day is going. Any time I have a question, the director and staff are also eager to help and are so accommodating to needs. My daughter is always excited for a day at Kiddie Academy!

Love this school! My daughter has learned so much since attending. I love that the teachers send updates all day long on what your child is working on and what subjects they are focused one- this is helpful for when I pick her up I know what to ask her about and continue encouraging her imagination even after school. We love Kiddie Academy of West Creek!

We could not be happier with the choice to take our child to Kiddie Academy. There has not been one day I have worried about what my son is doing as they truly take care of your child as if they were their own. He has learned more in the last few months than he did in almost a year at his previous school. We love it!

We are extremely pleased with KAWC! We put our 14 month old son in KAWC in January and have seen him develop so much. He truly loved to go to school everyday!! The class sizes are great, snacks and lunches are healthy and the facility is beautiful!

Kiddie Academy of west creek is the best place and people to work with.Everybody including the staff is too understandable and cooperative and respects the teachers ideas in all aspects.And for my boy its the place where my kid is safe and happy always.
