I worked at Fallones for about 3 years in which I got to know the staff well. Turnover rates are high and for one reason-the expectations are set so high, that staff are unable to make any mistakes. It is a toxic environment where the staff are scared do anything wrong. Most teachers there were young and willing to learn yet we were managed by people the same age as us. The management was a big issue and was usually inconsistent. Parents even noticed how awful the owner was treating us at times (yikes). This place would have been so much more enjoyable if the owner stepped down to the level at which her teachers were at and worked with them. She often respond irrationally to any concerns staff brought up. She does care about her children and it shows. But the kids need daycare teachers who aren’t scared of their boss and is respected by management.

We have only been with this daycare for about a month, but so far, so good. We are in the preschool room and the teacher there has been great. My son has been enjoying his time there and they have a great facility.

Great facility and miss. B is always checking on everyone and she makes sure she tells her staff how much she appreciates them

My grand daughter absolutely adores her school! I got to see pictures of the facility and attend their open house and it is a huge center. The kids there are definitely engaged.! They make Grandmas house look boring! Fallones is a lovely center and I love to see my daughter as an employee and my granddaughter thrive there and love what they are doing. It is a great feeling!

Love this daycare! They really genuinely care about the kids! I get greeted every time I drop off and pick up my children! I have three children that attend this daycare , and weve been with them for years! They go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met and that were satisfied. They plan fun special weeks and spirit days , field trips, and fun little parties for holidays . I definitely would recommend this daycare to other parents!

My niece is apart of the toddler program there and she has grown so much in her little time there. One day she was a baby the next day she was potty trained and showing me what song to sing when we wash our hands. I would recommend this center to anyone with kids!

I worked here for a little over 2 months, it’s the least professional work place and staff. It’s completely unorganized and out of control with no structure. They do nothing in the office but sit there on there phones and talk about the other teachers, when you ask to use the bathroom it takes someone 3 hours to come down to break you. Every day your working in a different classroom constantly getting switched around never knowing where your gonna be. They make the schedule the night before not giving you any notice. I worked 8-5 every day i was there and than one morning got a text saying “oh your 7-4 today” i wake up at 6:30 to get there at 8 so i was up at 6:30 (i live 30 min away from fallones) so i told her i wouldn’t make it by 7 but i’ll try my best. You can’t text me 30 min before telling me i’m in at 7. Going to work there was miserable and i should’ve listened to the reviews before i took the job. Not a good work environment and i highly don’t recommend working there, unless you want to be treated poorly and dread going to work everyday.

I worked at Fallones for 5/6 months and would not recommend that anyone go work there. The schedule was not given until you left for the day and sometimes I was told Ill text you about your time for tomorrow as I was leaving my shift. They were constantly understaffed which led me to never be able to leave on time which was my fault as the owner stated. I needed time off due to health concerns and the owner and front office worker bombarded me with phone calls and texts all day telling me I needed to come in despite being in the middle of a pandemic and me not being healthy. I was very disappointed to see that this is how a person in a helping field would treat her employees.

As a parent and an employee I couldn’t be happier with Fallones fun time center. My daughter always struggled when it came to leaving mommy and found to “school”. She never got comfortable in a center before. From her day on she has non stopped told people how much she loves going to school and loves her teachers and friends! The teachers are incredibly and build such a bond with every kid.Ms B loves and treats these kids as if they’re her own. The safety and happiness of the children come first for her and that’s how it should be everywhere. As an employee, I’ve always been uncomfortable in other centers I’ve worked in and here it’s a big family. Ms B listens to staffs and questions and concerns and is so quick to fix them when it’s needed. She makes sure you know you’re heard. She’s an excellent boss, teacher and mentor. I’m so happy we get to be apart of the Fallones family and I can’t wait to watch us grow here.!

Wonderful center! It is so spacious and clean and you can tell they really care for the kids here! Staff is always pleasant and happy. I love that they are taking so many extra steps to prevent COVID-19 as well! No other center can compete to Fallones!

Our 14 month old son started at Fallones a few months ago. His teacher is very compassionate and attentive! The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The prices are higher than other centers in the area but I definitely think the care is worth the extra cost! We have been very happy and would 100% recommend Fallones to anyone who is looking for daycare!

I have been entertaining Fallone‘s Funtime Center for years and I can’t tell you what a pleasure it is to work with that fantastic staff and the well behaved children ..the staff Supports education and kindness to each and everyone of those children.... I started this job after working at another center for 5 years. A center that treated me badly and management was awful. I was nervous that all daycares would be the same, but when I came to Fallones I was pleasantly surprised. The front office staff cares for their staff and is so organized. They are always on top of making sure there is enough coverage and getting staff out on time. Ms. B is a wonderful mentor and is always on sight to check in with her staff. I love it here at Fallones and I cant wait to grow here.

I have been working at Fallones for a little over a year now and i have loved every minute of it! Ms. Bernice has supported me when i needed it most, and now i am in the process of earning my CDA to become a lead at the center!

My daughter started a little over a month ago and we could not be more pleased. She was at a different center prior to Fallones and she was miserable, and never wanted to go. In the short amount of time at Fallones she has been so happy and learned so much. They keep her so engaged and she is constantly coming home excited to show us and tell us what she learned! Fallones is an amazing childcare program and cares so deeply about the children. I am excited to watch my kids grow here!

This review is based on my own personal experience. I worked for Bernice for 6 weeks, during that time I began to question why things were conducted the way they were, for instance the schedule came out everyday and less than 15 hours before I had to report to my next shift.I was sometimes scheduled for “on call” which was portrayed as mandatory hours, come to find out weeks later they were optional. I once was called at 640am to come in for a 7am shift. When I was first hired I gave information to have my checks direct deposited which never happened. I wasn’t scheduled for an entire week without any explanation even though I was hired as full time. I was fired for clocking out 3 minutes late and forgetting to wash hands ONCE, while other employees were allowed to kept their jobs after forgetting to feed infants. Very stressful atmosphere to work in, the office and management are very unorganized, expectation are high with very little training. I do not recommend this place for employment or service.

My son has been in Fallones since he was 3 months old. We love the staff, who we commend for their patience, instruction and care and the environment, full of creativity, fun activities, learning and exercise. Mrs. B has created an amazing place for children to learn and grow. Thank you and your team for everything you put in to caring for our littles when we cannot!

I have been working at Fallones Funtime Center since October 2016. Miss B has created an awesome environment for the children and for the teachers. Fallones Funtime Center offers great programs for the children to help them grow and learn. I love that this day care center feels like home and how I have been able to really get to know all the families who come here. Miss B is always willing to take the extra step to help those in her center, which makes her a great owner and boss. Do not let disgruntled employees influence your decision and make you miss out on a great child care facility that feels like home.

Both of my kids have attended fallones and we love it!! The staff and teachers are friendly and always go above and beyond, they care for the kids and it shows!! My daughter who is attending the pre-k program loves her teachers and her friends!! Mrs B is an a great owner and she loves all the kids and it shows!! Thank you for caring for my kids:)

All of my kids are at Fallones and we couldn’t ask for a better childcare facility. We have been in the Infant, Toddler, 3’s, and pre-K rooms with positive experiences in each. The teachers and staff love the kids like they’re their own. They get to know and understand each individual little person and all of their quirks.The curriculum is phenomenal. Starting at 8 weeks the children are exposed to science, math, sensory, art, music, etc. There is a massive indoor space for soccer, basketball, scooters...you name it Fallones has it. Even the dreariest of Rochester days my kids come home happy and exhausted.What we love most is the constant communication with parents. Any concern is immediately addressed and the staff is always happy to entertain my many questions. One of our kids needs to be watched closely for medical reasons and we have never once worried about leaving her with Bernice and her amazing team. We couldn’t ask for a better facility and feel very fortunate to have this gem. Our kids love it here!

Well my name is Irma Sanchez I was hired as an Office Assistant and I paid $65.00 to get a PPD and a physical done and I sign an offer letter. For her to then tell me that the previous employee decided not to leave the position so she couldn’t give me the job. This is unprofessional and please do not apply there. Secondly, I’m not sure why I had take a PPD test when I would’ve been working in the office not with children. I’m glad I was able to find something better that pays more.

I have been working at Fallones Funtime Center for five months and it is such a wonderful place to be! Fallones Funtime center is a fun and exciting daycare! Bernice Fallone is always looking for the best interest of the children. At Fallones the children are always busy doing crafts, physical activities, math and science! Bernice provides a welcoming atmosphere for not only the children but the parents and staff as well. I highly recommend sending your children to Fallones Funtime Center!

I have worked at Fallones Funtime Center for 6 months. I have enjoyed learning how I can have a positive impact in the lives of the children that are in my care. My daughter had a interview with them and first of all the women was 30 mins late. Than she proceeded to have her meet the kids for 2 hours without even getting the job.

WORST DAYCARE AROUND!!!! The owner is mean and doesnt follow state rules. Would not reccomend at all

My daughter went to this daycare for 2 weeks and a day. In thoughs 2 weeks I have had accident reports and situations where a accident report should of happened and it didn’t. My daughter was in the pre school room and it was a mad house you have children in there running around and hitting and biting and screaming. While the one teacher in there is screaming at the top of her lungs at them and the other teacher is sitting on her butt not paying attention. The assistant teacher in there is rude and very unprofessional when speaking to parents. The bathroom in that classroom was nasty all the children shared it there was feces on the toilets and urine everywhere and there was never a new toilet paper roll on the despenser. My daughter has had rocks thrown at her head while outside playing and I got told the teachers thought it was a dandelion. My daughter has had teeth marks of a child’s entire mouth on her ankle to the point it bruised for 2 weeks. I get told my child and another child we’re arguing over a chair so the other child bit her. When in all reality a altercation was happening between two 3 year olds so someone should of gotten off there lazy bottoms and stopped the altercation before it escalated. I have also picked up my child and her entire top lip was swollen and the inside of her lip was cut open from her teeth smacking into her lips because she was apparently “running” and “tripped” over the mess of toys everywhere and her face smashed the floor, I also get told she’ll be ok she’s a trooper.In the 2 weeks and a day my child was there my bank account got credited 545 dollars total within 2 weeks because they have assess to your bank account with there wonderful way of how parents pay tuition. I have called asking why I am still getting daycare taken out of my account when my child hasn’t been there in a week and 4 days I got told by the very rude Kathy that we can do that because I didn’t put 2 weeks in for my child to leave fallones Funtime center. The entire upper staff is rude and heartless and talk to parents like they are children. Everyone praises Bernice, Kathy, nina, they are the worst ones there and when you do pick up your child there walking around or a dog is constantly there. If I could rate this daycare no stars I would. So I suggest if you want your child safe, watched properly, actually cared for, not screamed at from the time they got there until the time they got home, then fallones Funtime center is not a place you want your children to go.

My name is Mike Demlein, and I am the School-Age Director at Fallone’s Funtime Center. I have my B.S. and M.S.Ed in physical education from the College at Brockport. Not only am I the director here, but I am also a parent of two children that are enrolled here at Fallone’s. I am extremely proud, and happy that my children have the opportunity to experience all that Fallone’s has to offer. Fallone’s Funtime Center is the kind of place that cannot be replicated, or compared to in the child care business. The care, education and experiences are top of the line. The catalyst for all of this is the owner, Bernice Fallone. I have never met an owner of a business who is more driven, determined and caring for everyone involved. She has the respect of all of the children, parents and staff at Fallone’s, and it was all earned. She always puts the families first when it comes to everything involved with Fallone’s. When you bring your children here, you know that they will be cared for, and leave better than when they arrived. I consider Fallone’s Funtime Center the gold standard of childcare facilities.

Fallone’s Funtime Center is not a good environment to work in whether it be in a room or front office.
