Ive been in the Krav program at Forged since opening last year. I was very hesitant at first as Ive never experienced any type of self defense training prior. Joining Forged was one of the best decisions Ive made. Coach Matt and Coach Alexis are incredibly patient and thorough. They focus on technique and explain each movement, so we have a solid understanding of why. Everyone in class encourages and pushes each other to be at our absolute best. I highly recommend Forged.
