We are so thrilled by this place and Fred who runs it. Our now 8 year old has been coming here for almost 1 year. This is the one place he is most excited to come to. We love the dedication of the start, including Fred and all of the teachers, the discipline and friendly supportive environment. Could not recommend the martial arts Fitness center enough!!
