I would give this place zero stars if I could. Sarah was extremely unprofessional. I scheduled a tour for 9/15/20 which she was completely clueless she had scheduled this with me, for a full time 3 year old spot and had asked her if she could please hold a spot if I paid the fee. She ended up filling up the spot without even letting me know so I wasted my time on the tour. Not to mention she wasn’t even wearing a mask. What a waste of time. I wouldn’t have taken time away from my job if you knew how to do yours.

Northstar was a God-send for my child. He improved so much over the year he was there for preschool. The staff at Northstar is like family. They are all kind, accommodating to schedules, flexible & very committed to the success of your child. We had behavior issues to work through, and they were right alongside us in addressing them. Aside from that, my child was given a great education. By the end of the year, he was reading & writing on his own before Kindergarten. He knew memory verses, Bible stories & songs and just had the best time at school.. he loved going. I will miss the preschool staff next year. Would recommend this school 100%

Love Northstar! My husband and I looked into NCA Daycare since it was down the street from my job and it came highly recommended to us. Putting my daughter in the care of non family members was tough and I had a lot of anxiety over it. The first week was hard but once my daughter got use to her surroundings she was eager to go to school. Our daughter attended NCA for their 3 year old and 4 year old preschool programs; she also attended Kindergarten there. We moved after that but she continues to attend the school age programs. The director of the daycare is AMAZING! She is accommodating and has high expectations of her staff in the care of the kids. The teachers are one of a kind. The bonds my daughter has created with each one of them is truly priceless. 4 years later we still are in touch with each one of them. My daughter loved her 3 year old teacher so much she asked to go back there to be her assistant this summer and of course the director made it happen! NCA made a positive impact on my child. I am thankful for this because a positive start in her journey with school has and will continue to have a lasting impact. I am forever grateful for NCA.

My child told me a teacher was touching her. But since she is 3 years old very smart for three they would not Persue charges. I would not recommend to anyone there are plenty of wonderful daycares around. Beware !!!!!!!!!! They also wont help your child put shoes on or make sure they are using the bathroom properly which is very important at a young age. Which should have been my red flag to not send my child there! The desk people were also very rude never called to make sure our child was ok never sent us her belongings and wouldnt refund the 20$ for the passes which we returned a month after the perdicament because we were not comfortable going in after a situation like that occurs. Not very Christian if you ask me!
